拉雷卡瑞十字路口萬怡酒店(Courtyard Raleigh Cary Crossroads)

We love coming to hang out at this hotel! We enjoy playing pool as a family and sitting out by the fire at night.

The AC in my room did not work. The front desk did not offer to reassign me to another room. The bathroom vent did not work either. The Assistant General Manager named Ashley did nothing about this. What a poor experience this place was.

The property was nice. However upon arrival we were informed there would be no breakfast for July 3 because it was a holiday. This was problematic for us because the reason I booked and paid the extra money was for the breakfast so we didn’t have to pay more money for something after we started back on the road.

Hotel staff were very nice as was the condition of the property. However our room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever had to try and sleep on. I got about 5 hours sleep each night before waking up with a back so sure that I had to get up. Will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

The air conditioner units rattled a lot. Mine kept me up and I could her the one above me as well. When reported to front desk....they didn't give a hit with an 's'. For 170 per night, not good.

I needed a weeks stay while relocating. But when I got in my room I was surprised at the austerity: The wall paint & decor in the room was dark blue/almost black and felt like a batcave. Curtains were black with dark gray sheers. Very stark and cold feeling. Furniture was cheap, metal everywhere on itl No breakfast or coffee, unless you used their onsite Starbucks in the lobby which was outrageously expensive. This place felt unwelcoming and cold. I left after 2 nights and checked in to a nicer, brighter and more accommodating hotel.

Clean updated interior. Room size was wonderful
