埃爾科爾特餐廳酒店(Hotel Restaurante El Corte)

Service was brilliant, we had dinner and the menu was so good. Some issues in the bedroom like safe locked and some lights not working, not a major problem for one night stay.

ayant réservé par téléphone une chambre pour un couple(2 personnes) pour 3 nuits nous avons payé 220 euros(pour une chambre avec 3 lits) , j'ai demandé si les petits déjeunés été compris dans le prix la personne m'a répondu que "oui". arrivé à l'hôtel nous avons payé par carte ( avec ticket de règlement ) à la même personne (homme un peu fort crâne rasé ) que nous avions eu par téléphone et j'ai redemandé si les petits déjeunés été inclus dans le prix , il m'a répondu que oui sans nous faire de facture , je lui ai fais confiance (mon tort).Le lendemain matin au moment de prendre le petit déjeuné la serveuse nous dit que le petit déjeuné n'est pas compris et nous avons été obligé de payer 8 euros. Le jour de notre arrivée vers 14h une femme de ménage rentre dans notre chambre sans frapper ( elle voulait vérifier si la salle de bain était propre ? ) Cerise sur le gâteau : le dernier jour nos gants de toilette avaient disparu , j'ai été voir un responsable que j'ai suivi et au bout d'un moment après mainte explication nous les avons retrouvé dans un local à linge ! Nous avons dormi avec des boules quies à cause du bruit de l'autoroute Le seul point positif : propreté de la chambre et de la literie

Sem ser perfeito é uma excelente relação preço/qualidade. O restaurante tem bom serviço e serve comida de qualidade. É possível escolher do barato ao caro. Os funcionários são simpáticos e eficientes.

A nice, small hotel close to the road. Room was small but ok for one night staying. Breakfast was basic, but orange juice was taste

We used this as a transit stop after a late flight from Malaga on our way to Cordoba. Provided everything we needed in respect. It's rated a 2 star hotel but we've stayed in much worse 3 stars. The staff were helpful and friendly and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly fine. It was also half the price of staying in Malaga city.

The room was definitely not worth the money we paid for it. We stayed in the apar**ent on the roof with access out of the hotel corridors and via the emergency exits- access to room was out of the way and had to cross a smelly fishy kitchen to get to our room. We had no free wifi in the room even though this was advertised as part of the room so ended up having to buy extra data just so our phones could work in the apar**ent as we didnt have enough data for both inside and outside hotel and were relying on this free wifi advertised to us. The temperature of the shower and sink taps kept changing- sometimes the water wasnt hot enough. A very very very strong dirty smell comes from the bathroom side as soon as you enter the apar**ent- unbearable- enough to make you sick. We tried everything, air freshners, opening windows but to no avail. Hotel was not helpful in solving the problem and for the 8 nights we were there, we were faced with this nasty toilet-smell stench. It was difficult to communicate our problems to most staff members as they didnt understand english which was quite frustrating so in the end we just had to give up. The manager seemed flustered and tried to avoid us- as we kept flagging up issues with the room. The price we paid for the room we got was frankly a rip off. When you pay alot for a room/apar**ent you expect everything to be clean and comfortable. I would not recommend this apar**ent room in this hotel. .

this hotel is in the middle of no where, you can't even get uber or taxi to anywhere, the hotel should have at list 2 cars that can transport people back to the city

Very smart, modern hotel. Extremely good value for money and 1/2 drive to the airport. However: Main drawback was this: I'd booked the hotel because I had a flight from Malaga early the following morning and needed to get up at 4am. I was hoping for a good night's sleep. Instead, what I got directly outside my window was a disco until 10:30pm the previous evening - and noise from the party-goers for around 1/2 hour after that. So the objective of a good night's early sleep was ruined.
