Fancy entrance & decor did not make up for the dismal quality of room accommodation and worse - an absolute lack of care or pride in service delivery from the hotel staff. A major leak in the shower, clogged drains, loose plumbing fixtures and no hot water - we expected may happen in the remote spots we visited in Morocco, but certainly not in a busy big city like Casablanca, for a hotel of this rating level. This place wasn’t worth more than a 1-2star besides the dismal bathroom situation after looking forward to the comfort of a decent hot shower, other small amenities and basic care from the staff on duty was pitiful excuse for hospitality- and a blemish in the hosts we had in other parts if the country who genuinely care about their patrons. In our triple room, tea/coffee service for 1pax in triple room; room service advertised in room brochures was not available, extra towels/ mats to mange the water leaks were not sent; no answer to calls on reception to seek assistance - there was just zero attempt to address any requests, or issues raised. Rude, inhospitable and unhelpful staff, I’ll give this one a wide miss. The beds were at least fairly comfortable and clean, but this establishment certainly proved glossy exteriors don’t endure quality standards or value for extra $ spent towards small comforts.
