樂道奇水療酒店(Hotel & Spa le Doge)

I had just stayed at two other Relais & Chateaux hotels in Morocco, both extraordinary experiences, with outstanding exceptional staff. The staff at le Doge were not. When I asked about the restaurant, I was told to go back to my room and look at the menu. I said I couldn’t find a menu in the room. She said it must be there. I said honestly, I’ve looked everywhere. She said, well it doesn’t matter because it’s Sunday and the restaurant is closed. It was less art deco and more Kafka.

The hotel was gorgeous (as was our room), the all staff friendly & helpful in all aspects, and the foot in both the restaurant and the rooftop terrace was delicious -- I would absolutely stay here again if I was anywhere near Casablanca (and even go to Casablanca just to stay here again!)

I had a beautiful and relaxing one night stay in the Coco Chanel room, The marble bathroom with claw foot tub, the luxuriously soft fluffy sheets and very comfortable bed made my stay amazing. The service is impeccable, I would highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay again.

This hotel partially feels like the glamorous hotels you would see in the old movies and partially like the the very good modern hotels. It as a very charming hotel with a great staff. the roof top bar and restaurant was perfect for us both for a snack at 11 pm along with a drink and for breakfast. although the menu has a set price for a complete breakfast, you can go with something smaller by just asking. We stayed a suite that included a private patio even though it was on floor 2 (2 above the entrance). The rooms are not numbered instead have names which added to the charm.

We were unable to stay at Hotel Particular le Doge and have requested a refund of some kind. Full or partial would be acceptable but they have declined us to date. Any consideration would be appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with attention paid to every detail. On top of this, the staff is superb. Everyone we encounter was friendly and helpful. They even had a staff member escort us to dinner as we were not familiar with the area.

I would strongly avoid this hotel. They have no concern for the basic safety of their guests. This is a safety issue - stay at another property.

R&C property with character some rooms better than others, nice rooftop terrace but subpar views, service a bit stuffy, solid 4 star choice for Casablanca
