卡薩布蘭卡的熱門5星級酒店

對四季這樣的酒店，客人的預期和要求自然會高一些。離店後收到酒店的調查問卷，其中一個問題是問在入住期間有沒有感覺到被personally recognized，我的答案肯定是沒有。先不論同一件事跟前台不同的工作人員要重複地説明解釋，更別指望他們會記得你的名字房間了，就連最基本的主動對客人面帶微笑都做不到，你不先沖他們滿臉堆笑，他們就一副冷若冰霜生人勿近的樣子，有時即便你給他們笑臉他們都不笑，絕了！大街上的摩洛哥人可不這樣，都熱情得很，怎麼就你們在四季幹活的高人一等？上前台問個事跟欠了他們多少錢似的，一副別來煩我的模樣，真讓人搓火！但是大堂餐廳的服務員都非常好，住下來對餐廳是最滿意的。去卡薩建議先住幾天市中心把景點逛完，再來這家休整，享受陽光海灘。

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.

作為到摩洛哥的第一晚…。 住的很舒服！ 早餐很豐富 但確實不太適合國內人口味 小伙伴們說榨菜哦泡麵帶對了！ 離清真寺什麼都滿近的… 方便！

這個酒店住房非常寬闊，床極其大。唯獨吃飯一般。屬於典型的阿拉伯餐

我喜歡爲這次住宿提供物有所值的房價,包括早餐,以歸功於Trip 我們提前到酒店,被告知要等15分鐘房間,合理要求....房間打掃乾淨,備有2瓶免費水。牀品舒服.......我唯一的牛肉在早餐....其中一個咖啡機不工作導致等待時間長....我配偶是喝茶者和用餐站的熱水(熱水壺)不是總是可用的,需要重新填充......食品站的選擇被擊中,錯過....在補充食物方面可以改善..一個ok的早餐....btw,黃油在摩洛哥是奢侈品,庫存不足。如果價格合適我會考慮再次入住

The hotel was nice and check in was easy. The rooms were beautiful just like the pictures! Shower was hot enough and the towels were huge, new and fluffy. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. I ate one day and opted out the next day. Sweetopia a few minutes away in Mega Mall has great breakfast! This hotel is walking distance to the Medina and a mosque. Would stay again!

酒店在市中心，逢上下班高峯期有點堵車。酒店很大，但是沒什麼建築美學。這次入住的房間是複式公寓套房，有二間卧室，一間會客廳，廚房、雜物房，三個衛生間兩間浴室。方便家庭入住。酒店送了一桌子摩洛哥甜品及果仁。
