意大利酒店(Albergo Italia - Beach Hotel)

Everything was what we hoped for and more .. the staff are so obliging and courteous.. the breakfast , rooms and service was first class ..especially Rosa. a beautiful hotel set in a wonderful location on a convenient bus route. This enabled us to see more of this lovely island .. we didn’t want to leave .

Presso l’hotel Italia di Casamicciola ho trovato personale gentile, accogliente e professionale, molto attento anche alle eventuali richieste o esigenze dei clienti. Stanza ben pulita, più che spaziosa, con anche Sky TV. Terrazza molto ampia con tavolino, sedie ed un comodo stendino. Buona e varia la colazione, servita fino alle 10.30 per potersi veramente rilassare, con prodotti freschi, di qualità, ciambelloni artigianali e pane casereccio compresi. Ottimi cappuccino e caffè espresso serviti dal barman e non la “brodaglia” da macchinetta automatica. La fermata dell’autobus è posta dinanzi all’ingresso dell’hotel ma per chi ama passeggiare è il posto ideale perché raggiungibile in meno di dieci minuti a piedi dal centro e dal porto, percorrendo il lungomare con marciapiede largo, agevole e pianeggiante, lasciandosi affascinare dal paesaggio e i suoi colori. Bella e rinnovata la struttura. La chicca: a colazione avevo chiesto del miele, mi hanno detto che era terminato, ovviamente ho detto che non faceva nulla e invece si sono premurati di andarlo a comperare all’istante! Non ho usufruito della piscina solo perché il cielo era nuvoloso e l’aria un po’ freddina, ma è stato comunque un bellissimo week end, grazie anche all’impegno di tutto lo staff. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.

Delizioso alberghetto appena rinnovato in tipico stile mediterraneo. Camere spaziose e arredate con gusto. Personale a livello di un 5 stelle extra lusso. Posizionato praticamente sul mare. E c è anche il parcheggio gratuito! Tutto perfetto, complimenti!

Personale gentile e disponibile camere pulite e colazione abbondante con prodotti di qualità. Per quanto riguarda il collegamento l'albero si trova a ridosso della fermata del bus di città che in 10 minuti raggiunge il centro.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Enzo the manager is an absolute delightful host! He set us up with an incredible room with a view of the ocean and surprised us with a bottle of Champagne!! He helped us rent a car, sent us to the most delicious restaurant (a local treasure) and fed us Grappa on our arrival. If we didn’t book our next hotel off of the island, we would stay here for weeks!!! Thank you Enzo and Terme Italia 🥰🇮🇹

Positives + the location was fantastic, the private beach area across the road that comes at an extra cost is worth it. The outdoor pool was cosy, the breakfast was nice - traditional Italian (lots of sweets). The staff was nice enough, when you don't ask them for anything. The dated, 1950's decor is almost charming, if they left it to the furniture and updated/cleaned the linens! Negs. - We woke up covered in bed bug bites, that I had a reaction to, it ruined the rest of my trip. When we looked at the linens to see what it could be we saw that they obviously were never cleaned from the previous use. They were stained, and covered in hair that was not ours. When we demanded they were changed, the staff were rude and tried to refute this! Can you imagine, sleeping in somebody else's dirty sheets during covid times!? The rooms were poorly equipped we ended up having to get our own soaps and shampoo, even our own towel, the refused to give us another towel. They put us in a room on the ground floor, towards the back street. Every time a car passed the room shook from the loud noise, it happened all night long. The bed was rock solid, and I actually enjoy firm beds. But this was it's own league of pain. --- Summary: We would have been better off sleeping outside. We spent over 250 € for just a few nights at a hotel that gave us sleepless nights, somebody else's' dirty sheets -- and bites that ruined our Holiday.

Séjour dans le cadre d’un circuit des trois îles Ischia Procida et Capri Concernant l’hôtel à notre arrivée piscine sale avec l’eau verdâtre bordée de trois transats sales et boîtes à rats Déjeuner digne d’un hôtel sans étoiles Chambre donnant sur la rue très très bruyante Le pire à venir malgré une cuisine correcte nous avons dîné dans un restaurant se trouvant de l’autre côté de la rue ressemblant plutôt à un snack où nous avons eu deux jours de suite la visite d’un rat qui n’a pas choqué le personnel qui semblait habitué. La seule solution apportée était de manger dans une salle de l’hôtel malgré que la cuisine était toujours faite au même endroit Nous avons refusé et avons du fait dîné à l’extérieur Séjour gâché par cet hôtel

La piscine est une pataugeoire verte, la demi pension n'est pas bonne. La réservation des plats se fait le matin sur une liste courte et vous mangez au froid avec un service lent. Les plats sont d'ailleurs au mieux tièdes. Les chambres sont correctes mais les toilettes fuient. Quand on le signale, la réparation proposée est de fermer la porte de la salle de bain.

Abbiamo alloggiato in quest hotel solo x una notte e x fortuna! Quello ke posso dire di positivo è solo dell'ottima aria condizionata nella camera x il resto una vergogna! Iniziamo al check out con un signore credo il Direttore ke ci ha messo 1 ora x assegnarci la camera! Assolutamente incompetente! Tutto questo senza aria condizionata né alla reception e né alla sala breakfast! La colazione lascia a desiderare! Pochi prodotti e anke scadenti! Una sola povera ragazza a servire caffè e cappuccini ke x il resto erano imbevibili! X me dovrebbero rivedere il tutto e soprattutto i prezzi ke x quello ke offrite siete anke molto cari! Mai più!
