I highly recommend staying at the "Villa Cascais Hotel" in Cascais. This charming and intimate hotel offers a great experience in the heart of Portugal's beautiful seaside town of Cascais. - Idyllic Location: Villa Cascais Hotel is right in the centre and next to the beach. - Warm and Personalized Service: The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. - Rooms: We had a large room with view over the beach. - Easy Access to Local Attractions/Restaurant/Beach: The hotel is conveniently located right as the centre of the town, next to the beach, and other attractions (a couple of minutes walk to the train station, beach walk, marina, museums….). Whether you're looking for a peaceful and small hotel, the hotel is an ideal choice.

We booked room 360 (basically the entire top floor), and it was amazing! There was a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for us upon our arrival. Huge bathtub, lovely rain shower, 3 balconies, beautiful views of the Citadel and beaches. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend for a romantic getaway!

We stayed at Villa Cascais for two nights in September 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Our room was large and elegant, with a beautiful view of the beach, and a luxurious bathroom with robes and slippers. The staff at the hotel provided excellent service - it truly felt like a 5 star experience. When we returned from exploring on a rainy day, the front desk staff kindly got us some hot tea to warm up. When we visited the restaurant, the women working there were friendly and welcoming. We felt very well taken care of. Will definitely return here!

This is a stylish and comfortable boutique hotel in the most lovely setting in Cascais, The rooms are very well equipped - our room was at the front of the hotel and we opened the windows each morning to the view of a wide promenade and beyond it, a small sandy beach. A real find!

Villa Cascais was recommended by a friend who resides in Cascais and whilst it is in an ideal location close to the main town area and beaches it is priced at a premium for this area. The little boutique hotel is ideally situated and the staff on hand were outstanding throughout our stay. The room was basic but well appointed as was the bathroom, albeit a bit small. I really did like this unique hotel but there were some dislikes and that is why I only gave it four stars. We had suite number 5 on the 3rd floor I recall and there is construction going on next door at the moment. It was very noisy at times not only from the day time construction site but the back alley walkway with noisy passers by in the late hours. I fully understand the construction is temporary but we should have been warned ahead about this. Secondly and whilst the staff were very attentive and helpful there were obvious service glitches at breakfast. The buffet is not managed and every morning we had to ask for items to be re-stocked. There was no pro-active checking on this basic self service buffet type area and that disappointed us. One morning it was the bread rolls, next morning the milk, then the orange juice etc., etc. It is such a small thing but if managed properly this area would be so much better. I would certainly recommend this little hotel and our stay was not marred by the "negatives" I have highlighted but I will always be honest in the reviews I write.

My wife and I recently visited Cascais and stayed three nights at the Villa Cascais hotel. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location immediately on the beach front and from first booking the hotel, Regina was exceptionally helpful in every way. Our stay included breakfast in the newly opened Italian restaurant within the hotel (but separately owned) and it was absolutely fantastic and we were very well looked after. We also had a lunch at the restaurant when we first arrived and the food was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay when visiting Cascais and our room was absolutely stunning with beautiful views across the sea. Thank you everyone, especially Regina, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Perhaps one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at!!! It is so cute — all the blue is aesthetically pleasing and feels very much like a beach vacation. The location is very convenient near the water, shopping and great restaurants. We stayed while there was a summer festival and the hotel was very good about communicating this would be happening and even put a bottle of chilled brut in our room as a gesture to make up for any inconvenience with the noise. I personally was not bothered by it but you could hear some music from the room. The hotel is immaculately cleaned, well decorated and kept very up to date. The bathroom was huge and provided white robes to enjoy. There was actually sink space to spread out cosmetics which my mom and I both appreciated as we often find the 1inch sink rims that you can’t set anything on. The staff was all wonderful and helpful with information. We especially loved Chris who served breakfast. She also works at a restaurant we had gone to the night before and loved and then the next morning she was there at villa cascais serving breakfast. She could not have gotten much sleep but had a smile on her face and was so attentive to anything guests needed! I would love to visit Cascais again and would certainly choose to stay here when I come back!

Quaint boutique hotel at the sea. Rooms are clean and decorated nicely. Bathrooms are roomy and shower is excellent. Bed is quite comfortable. I had a king as a solo traveler. View from second floor is nice, partial ocean view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good. A lot of choices, including hot made to order. I just had the fruit & breads but that’s enough. Very fresh. Walking distance to all of the tourist interests. Internet is included and and good for emails & even a video conference I had for work. I would stay again.

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel - the pictures on their site are beautiful, and it is even more stunning in person. Our room was large with a seating area, and there were so many thoughtful details (besides the fluffy white robes/slippers, there was a beach bag packed with beach towels). The staff were friendly and very helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable - we don't know why Cascais is recommended as a day trip from Lisbon; we were so glad we made it a full day/night and would highly recommend booking TWO nights in this beautiful town and 1000% staying in Villa Cascais!
