對這家喜來登非常失望！自助晚餐40歐元太可怕了！塔和浴袍的質量非常床！加床很低，不舒服！工作人員在我的浴室裡做了 2 次錯誤的改變（我沒有護髮素，他們給了我 2 次洗髮水）房間裡的 wifi 信號很糟糕！第一次也是最後一次在這家喜來登酒店！

Excellent resort estate and service is outstanding , and pool is best !

We have been a very faithful Marriott client for almost 15 years staying in many Resorts and hotels. We have been this time very disappointed with no particular attention despite a 17-night stay (i.e. around €8000 spent in this Resort). Everything in terms of services is not smooth and not professional. Even our request to further discuss with the General Manager to share our feedbacks was not met so far… We already discussed with the Front mangers and their assistants who were unable to fix the various issues and to give us any consideration. 1/ We had to deal with noise in our room due to works for almost 4 days even late in the night and early on the morning. Nobody seemed to be able to tell us when these works would end up until we yelled near by the Front Desk manager. As already mentioned near by the Front Manager, this is not acceptable i) to be awake at 8:30 am by a noise of hammer/drill, ii) not to be able to sleep during the night and iii) not to be able to rest during the afternoon. After complaining, we got a compensation discount from the Front Manager by €187.5 that is not enough. A customized word from the Director in person would have been more efficient to alleviate our irritation. We were not complaining to get money (even if the amount offered was not enough regarding the high nuisance) but to be able to rest. 2/ Even at the swimming pool, we were able to hear outstanding noise of drill and hammer… We were thinking to pick up a quiet place but it seems that was not really the case…Close by the bar, maintenance works were also performed and still in progress today… Renovation works should be performed not when the Resort is full but in low season to limit the large array of nuisances. 3/ The staff seems to be very junior and not well trained. - We had to ask three times to get our bed sheets to be changed after 2 weeks without getting any change. The housekeeper finally came at night while we were in the room having our dinner. - The same issue occurred for having our room cleaned. We generally inform the reception upon departure to be sure that the cleaning ladies are informed and perform the task while we are away. One day, we left the room at 9:45 but the cleaning of the room was performed at 2:15 pm while we were back. We had to wait 15 mn before enjoying our room… -We are wondering at the current time if there is a real management at stake. Trainees seem to be lost whereas the current staff seems unhappy or displays a dissenting attitude. This is weird but we had the feeling of a permanent malaise in this Resort. -At the pool, the service is very poor as well and the staff is not committed to clean the area: i/ rubbishes are pilling up around the deck chairs, ii/ the ashtrays when available are not cleaned and tonight, as no ashtray was available, we used a paper cup as a ashtray… iii/ a lady with a baby was trying to put her a deck chair in the sun but no one from the staff thought it was relevant to help her… iv/ no

Passamos o dia no Sheraton Cascais, através do pacote Sip & Soak. Destaco o simpático e prestável serviço do concierge, das pessoas da recepção e no restaurante todos foram impecáveis connosco (e viemos com crianças pequenas), tendo sido muito servidos pelos senhores Ali e Leonor.

I spent a week at this property for work in June 2023 and the trip developed into a nightmare, thanks to the Sheraton Cascais. The hotel advertised a pick-up service that would be directly charged to my hotel bill, which I happily booked. I assumed that this service was offered by the hotel and not through I third party agency as I learned later. Given that I had large luggage, I had booked a SUV. Fast-forward 5 days, I waited at work for my pick up to the airport, the hotel had offered to directly load my luggage to the car and pick me up on the way. When I come to the car, I see the SUV driving away and I am asked to board a regular Mercedes car. Given that it was a regular car, I had to sit upfront. I wanted to check my luggage but the driver said all good. I should have. When I later wanted to drop off my luggage at the airport, I notice that my 18 months old Rimonva luggage for USD 1,000 was totally destroyed. I took a screenshot and sent it via whatsapp to the driver who claimed that he received it this way from the hotel. The hotel claims that they handed the luggage in good condition to the driver and initially offered to provide footage of it. When I requested it, they refused to share the footage and claim the luggage was in good condition and also claimed the third party driving company didn't notice anything. After I had shared the screenshot of the message in which the driver acknowledged that the luggage was destroyed... It always took 10 days to receive a response from the hotel. I have spent more than 1,000 nights at Marriott properties over the years, more than 100 nights this year along and that's the service you receive. They never were willing to engage in crucial points of the case and just sent boilerplate responses. Unless you want to have your property destroyed, avoid this hotel at all costs!
