Private side deck off primary bedroom is great for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Fully equipped kitchen with island that seats 4 and dining table for up to 6. New appliances including full sized washer and dryer. Home has central air and heat, ceiling fan in family room. Two bathrooms: one with claw foot tub only, other with tub/shower combo. Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided.
