Menna who served us breakfast each morning was the star as far as the staff are concerned. She remembered our coffee order each morning. Breakfast room overlooked the pool which was a very relaxing place. The October warmth allowed us to sit by the pool each late afternoon. Air conditioning required asking the front desk to turn it in. Not acceptable. The curtains were coming off the rails. Not acceptable. The wifi was very slow. Not acceptable. Hot water was not very hot. Not acceptable. Noisy neighbours with screaming kids in neighbouring rooms. Not acceptable. Location of Caserta allows easy day trips to Naples, Pompeii and Salerno. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Insieme alla mia famiglia e al cagnolino, abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel in occasione di due concerti alla Reggia, che è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi. Posso dire che tutto il personale, dalla reception al ristorante e le signore delle pulizie, è stato molto gentile e premuroso. Addirittura la signora che ci ha servito la cena ha esaudito col sorriso sulle labbra la nostra richiesta di cenare presto, in vista dei concerti. La camera, una suite junior con annesso terrazzino, era pulita e il mobilio impeccabile. Infine, abbiamo potuto usufruire di un parcheggio a pagamento a pochi metri dalla struttura. Spero davvero di ritornarci al più presto.

Overall, really good, The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, personable. Pros: - we arrived late and were hingry.the restaurant stayed open late to feed us. The food was good, and the service was excellent. - staff seemed to enjoy conversing with us an helping us with our activity plans. Cons: - Air conditioner settings don’t let it run long enough to cool the room even though it was over 30C - the wall between the shower and bedroom had a glass panel it. sections were frosted, but some sections are not… didn’t really want my kid to watch me shower. - the glass panel was not sealed…water leaked into the wall and stained it.

We gave this hotel one star, and that was for housekeeping because they were great! We had a south facing room which faced the square. Because of the transition in seasons, the air conditioning was not yet operational. When we asked about possibly getting a fan for our room the woman at the front desk laughed at us. Saying it wasn’t hot for them. (the hotels we’ve stayed at subsequent to this had no problem with offering and supplying us with a fan) This left us no choice, but to leave the windows open at night and being on the square it was very noisy at night. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, we generally arrived at about 9:15 AM, when we asked about items that were empty such as bread, rolls, or ham and cheese we were told there was no more. We made the mistake of having dinner at the hotel restaurant, my husband ordered a steak medium rare, and it was served well done and charred.. All in all a bad experience. We spent five nights at this hotel, it was five nights too many!!

Ormai quanto voglio un po' di relax in intimità è la prima scelta, servizio ottimo e cordiale e soprattutto ottima la strutta che offre tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno ad un prezzo davvero ragionevole. Ormai quando scendo a Caserta è diventato uno dei miei posti fissi dove alloggiare. Unica pecca la strada per arrivare all'hotel che ahimè è piena di buche ma non dipende dalla struttura, consiglio di non andare troppo veloce lì nei dintorni.

有資格的工作人員,總是細的!新高樓房好!不再有,而是一座精美的,完全改造!負注:忘記,被除並用金屬,給出了一種不安感,在裏再也沒有洗!真可,因爲這讓房間不舒服!
