The staff here are very welcoming and explain everything in detail. The only thing I didn't like us that the room was not cleaned prior to us. I woke up with someone else's hair in my hand! I have black hair and the one I found was blonde. Not only did they not change the sheets, they did not clean the bathroom because I found more hair on the shower walls and on the floor.

Old motel,but they do keep it clean & well presented. Unfortunately it seems booking online is too complicated for some front desk personally because they tried to charge me twice for some of my stay. I'm also not happy about hotels allowing people to bring pets which seems ridiculous to me. I don't want to stay in any room where there have been pets in doing God knows what,Gross. Management tried to correct my billing issue,but I'm not sure yet if they did.

I stayed at the other Super 8 in town and it was an absolute nightmare, I had to check out early. I took a chance on this one because the reviews were better. When I walked in the lobby I was warmly greeted by the clerk who was putting out fresh bags of hot popcorn! The lobby is super clean and nicely decorated and they also have an afternoon cheese and veggie snack which is a first for me trying to stay in budget hotels. Check in was a breeze and the room is clean and comfortable. This hotel is a gem!

This property was sufficient for a quick, one night stay while traveling through. The lobby and rooms seemed clean. I don’t want to speculate, so I will let you decide for yourself: After we left, which was 2 days ago, my husband couldn’t stop itching. I examined him and he has a LOT of tiny little marks. Not sure if they are bites, or an allergic reaction to maybe the laundry detergent used. The morning we woke up, after I took a shower and dried off, I noticed my face and chest were red. But it went away after a few hours, when we were back on the road. Again, not going to speculate on whether these were bites, or an allergic reaction. All i know is, I’ve never seen him scratch like this, I lathered him with Cortizone-10 cream today, and I am washing every item we have today. Hopefully it works itself out.

Arrived at 3:30. Lobby was filled with 6 or 7 other guests waiting for their room to be cleaned. We were told it would be a few minutes but looking around the room I knew it would be longer. No bathroom available. We had appointments and commitments and could not wait around. No time to check in, freshen up, or get situated. Very disappointing. Wont return.

There is no elevator, and I wish I’d known that before booking, but it’s a half-flight to the second floor, and the desk clerk graciously offered me a room on the second floor instead of the third (the first floor was booked). This has to be the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I could hear very little noise from the hallway, and none from the exterior (traffic, etc.). The place has a bit of normal wear and tear, but my room and all the common spaces I saw were so clean. The bed was not the most comfortable, but the AC worked like a champ, and there was really hot water with great water pressure. For regular folks, highly recommend. Even without an elevator, I’d stay here again.

The only issue which was important to me was a late check out. Upon checking in, i asked if i could have a late check out and the gentleman said he could accommodate me until 1130am, and i said great i will take it. Check out morning i decided to call to confirm it was in the system and it had not been recorded. So i checked out a few mins before 11am. If you can't do simple things like annotate what you tell a customer then i will choose other options next time.
