We returned after two years and have stayed twice for two nights each time this month. This hotel really is perfect for a stay in the city and around 10-15 min drive to the beaches. Spacious, clean, nicely decorated room with excellent a/c, lots of storage and a great bathroom. Wifi was good on some our devices but not others. Free coffee provided (although I'm afraid it was not to our taste!) I was able to find free street parking very close to the hotel on each of the four days, but the hotel has a paid underground garage. Bars and restaurants of all types and prices close by (we love Arnica on the square 50m from the hotel). We plan to return next year.

A superbly comfortable room in a large modern hotel in a central location. The room and bathroom were very spacious and well lit with a comfortable bed and 2 comfortable armchairs. Tea/coffee making facilities are provided along with everything you might need for a comfortable stay in Castellon. An added bonus was the large balcony with views over the city. The hotel is centrally located on a quite street five minutes walk from the plaza mayor with an onsite restaurant/bar and close to a choice of other places to eat. Check in and out was very easy the reception staff were super efficient friendly and welcoming. Disliked · Everything was perfect

Reception not friendly. No English spoken. Hotel is poor. Feels run down. I asked for a quiet room and they put me in literally the nosiest room possible next to the elevator. Thanks!!!!! A general lack of care for the hotel seems very obvious, especially when you walk into the room. The location to the train and bus station is good. Hotel Luz located right next door ranks much higher on Google, looks much more modern from outside and is where I will choose to stay next time!! That feels more Like a 4 star hotel. You cannot rate this hotel as 4 star. No way!!!!!!!

Very beautiful hotel and service minded staff! Plenty to choose from in the breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms with minibar in the room as well as AC and safe at no extra cost. The hotel is also very centrally located but not too noisy to get out if you come by car. There is a garage under the hotel, parking cannot be booked in advance. The reception opens the garage when you drive down. I wouldnt recommend a SUV going down this garage since it is very tight between floor 1 and 2. It is also important to be patient because there can be misunderstandings between cars going into the garage and out of the garage. The cars that are going out of the garage have a green light 2 floors down when it is ok for them to drive. The cars that are going down have no light they can look at or the ability to see cars coming up so misunderstandings can happen....especially if you come from different countries. So remember to be humble and it will work out if a situation arises where one car is going into the garage and another car is going out. I think it's quite rare that it happens but still good to be aware of it.

The hotel is located close to the center and have a good parcking . I stayed for one month just before the pandemic. You can reach the downtown by walk in really short time. The breakfast is really good (sweet and american breakfast...fruit...etc...)and with italian coffe as well. The room is quite big and clean. There is also a gym not with so much feetness equipment and very small but at least a good tapis roulant and good elliptical. At reception are very kind and avaible. For sure i'll be right back.

Was there in the off season. The hotel is quite new, lovely and bright. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a large breakfast buffet that I enjoyed very much. Fresh orange juice was sublime. Their dinner buffet was different every evening, only downside was that the vegetarian options were limited on some nights. The rooms are bright and spacious, as is the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the fact that there is no bathroom door. That’s off-putting. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay very much and would come again.

Todo muy espacioso, limpio y agradable. La terracita un súper plus! Viajamos con perrete y todo fue genial, y además me gustaría hacer especialmente mención a la atención de Amanda; todos nos atendieron fenomenal pero ella en concreto nos atendió con especial agrado y nos facilitó mucho la estancia. Seguramente, su trato haya sido lo más destacable. Muy agradecidos. Lo único malo es que por la mañana desde bien temprano entraba bastante luz por el bajo de la puerta y por los laterales de las cortinas. Un poco incómodo porque nos acortó el tiempo de descanso. Y bueno, la cama y/o almohadas tampoco eran lo más cómodo del mundo, pero fue pasable.
