大教堂之家套房酒店(Le Suites Del Duomo House)

This was an excellent hotel. It was in a great location. We had a quadruple suite overlooking the duomo and it was stunning. Great location.. easy to access lots of great sites and food. The room was clean, huge and comfortable. The service was excellent. Even though there is no front desk or attendant in person. They communicate with you via what’s app and are super responsive. They booked a taxi for us and it was there on time. There is also an elevator in the building which helps. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is the ground floor and stairs were a bit sketchy and had dead bugs. But the rooms were super clean. So probably just a city thing. Anyway I would stay again and highly recommend because of location, service and size and comfort of the room.

... posizione veramente centrale. Appartamento spazioso ... l'unico neo non trascurabile era la camera posta su di un soppalco da raggiungere con una scala in legno con appoggi stretti. Ambienti puliti. Sono incappato in un momento di ristrutturazione dello stabile e un martello pneumatico ci ha dato il buongiorno alle 07:45....pazienza

We stayed at Le Suites Del Duomo for 2 nights on our visit to Catania and it was a great experience. Following is a comprehensive review of our experience. The good: 1) Centrally located, literally just a few seconds away from the heart of the city overlooking the Cathedrals and the fountains in the square. 2) The room is modern, with individually controlled air-conditioning in the room which is the most loved feature in the room. The bathrooms are clean and nice, overhead showers with good water pressure and a great view of the duomo from the windows which was amazing. 3) Pricing was very reasonable and communication was very good. The could be better: 1) As this is more like a AirBnB, it was not possible to get extras like pillows in the night as the desk is only occupied during certain times. 2) Proximity to the square meant the noise levels are too high. On our 2 nights we could hear all the songs from the artists performing at the square, police sirens and loud people walking by the side of the building. Double glazing would solve this. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a solid 4 stars!

Wonderful location over looking the main square. The views over the square were amazing. Just loved people watching :) Gorgeous when lit up at night. Our room was very large, comfortable,very clean and quiet despite being close to/above restaurants. A/C was great. Shower good. Staff were very helpful and friendly, cleaned our room everyday with a smile. Stored our bags for us as we had a late train to catch. Highly recommended

The apartment we had has an amazing view of the main square and the Cathedral of Saint Agatha. The apartments are very clean and our contact Vanessa was helpful in arranging transport to and from the airport and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. We had a wonderful time in Sicily and the apartments location is the ideal place to stay.

Camere molto belle pulite e profumate, dalla nostra camera avevamo una vista spettacolare. Posizione ottime in centro di Catania in Piazza Duomo. Fermata del bus Alibus per aeroporto circa 200-300mt a piazza Borsellino . Fermata dei taxi t e bus turistici per escursioni a 100 mt . Ottimo punto di partenza per viistare la città Se torniamo a Catania speriamo di trovare una camera libera per noi

Disponibilità, cortesia, ottima posizione, camera pulita. Veramente soddisfatto. Tutto vicinissimo dai ristoranti alla movida, ai teatri, alla via etnea, abbiamo mangiato anche un ottima crepes da Soul e food.

The hotel could be very pleasant but the owners /manager was unbelievable . When I book my room I know the time of check-inn - 2pm. One day before I arrived in Catania a lady(Vanessa) responsable for the reception of the guests send a message with a bizar information...Telling step by step how should I make to get the key of the B&B because no one will be there to make our check inn. We ´ll need to find inside one vase and those keys the other guests was responsables to leave at the same local ...When me and my husband arrived there´s no key . It was hot and no one came to solve the problem and we stayed for almost two hours (we had only one night in Catania) waiting. A guest open the door for us....in any moment no one come to B&B or even apologize.

The Hotel has two locations. We cannot speak about the Via Garibaldi location as our room was in the Via Raddusa location. It is not a hotel. It is a small corridor with a few rooms. You are handed a key like in an Airbnb, There are no common rooms. There is a strong strange sweet smell throughout the place and in the room. There are mirrors everywhere and it all looks and smells like a very diffrent kind of hotel. The whole building is covered in scaffolding. The window went out to an ugly and noisy back yard. We could not sleep. When we had the window closed the smell was unbearable, when we opened the window it was to noisy. There was no place to put the suitcases. Also we were asked to pay in cash and only after asking were handed a hand written receipt.
