Case Vacanze Catania

Everything was great. The location was perfect. Near everything, walking distance towards every major attraction of the city, in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was fully equipped and met all our needs. We where a group and stayed at two apartments and it was very comfortable for all. The owner was very attentive to all our questions and requests. We definitely recommend this accommodation for staying in Catania.

I've stayed in 7 or 8 places through *********** and this was by far the best. Incredibly cute apartment with everything you could need including a washing machine, fridge, freezer, and stovetop for cooking. The AC worked well in the heat, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was fantastic. Check-in was super easy and the host was so accommodating, they even popped in while we were at the beach to fix the shower door which had slipped off the track. If I'm ever back in Catania I will definitely stay here.

-There was nothing to dislike, but my suggestion would be perhaps some instructions on how to use things eg fan, microwave and air con and washer - The accommodation is in a really good location to see the sights of Catania and near the main station for other areas. The square itself is very entertaining with some great bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Nothing is too much trouble for Simone and I would highly recommend it. Truly wonderful stay

A very nice, clean apartment. Everything you need is there. A very good shower, and very handy washing machine. Two TV's, but, without English channels. The stairs, could be tricky if your unfit and the lights take abit of working out. We did not use the kitchen appliances. But, one criticism, is that the cooker hood filter could do with changing. Great location and Carmelo who runs the Legatoria from where keys are found, was most pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Gefallen · Ein geräumiges Apartment für zwei Personen mitten im Zentrum von Catania. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings haben wir bei den vielen guten Restaurants in der Umgebung nicht gekocht. Simone ist ein sehr freundlicher und kundiger Gastgeber. Wir haben viele gute Tipps von ihm erhalten. Die Beschreibung entsprach komplett den Tatsachen, sehr objektiv. Auch wenn Catania einen eher unsicheren Ruf hat, fühlten wir uns in dem lebendigen Viertel gut aufgehoben. Die Lage in einem abgeschlossenen Innenhof trug zum Sicherheitsgefühl bei. Auch am Wochenende war es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig, obwohl im positiven Sinne vor der Straße das Leben tobte. Unweit ist das Restaurant "La Pentolaccia", günstig gutes Essen in einem gemütlichen Innenhof. Und dann noch mindestens 10 andere gute im Umkreis von 300m. Geparkt haben wir das Auto etwa 500 m entfernt auf einem bewachten Parkplatz Parcheggio Sturzo (Tagestarif 6 €). Nicht gefallen · Wer eine Terrasse mit guter Aussicht erwartet wird enttäuscht sein. Der Innenhof wird auch von einer Werkstatt genutzt und es parken einige Autos dort. In Anbetracht der Sicherheit durch den Innenhof (siehe Positiv-Liste) und der Aktivitäten in Catania spielt der Nachteil aus meiner Sicht eigentlich keine Rolle.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccezionale a Catania. Appartamento centralissimo, pulito, funzionale e completamente accessoriato. Siamo molto soddisfatti. Lo terremo in considerazione per un eventuale prossimo soggiorno a Catania.

Bon emplacement, appartement bien aménagé et assez agréable, propriétaire très joignable et arrangeant. Point négatif : proximité avec les bars, musique et bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin plusieurs jours dans la semaine.
