斯泰西科羅專有公寓式酒店(Stesicoro Exclusive House)

Abbiamo soggiornato con mio marito, in questo delizioso appartamento sito ne centro storico di Catania, durante le festività di San Agata. La posizione perfetta per muoversi agevolmente sia a piedi ma anche con la metro che si trova a due passi. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito, confortevole e luminoso e il personale dedicato pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza, questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno meravigliosamente confortevole. Torneremo ancora anche per un soggiorno di lavoro. Rossella B

BRUTTA ESPERIENZA, Proprietari assenti. Abbiamo prenotato 2 notti per la festa di Sant'Agata. La descrizione dell'appartamento non corrisponde alla realtà in quanto: promossa per 4 ospiti, la seconda coppia è costretta a dormire in un divano letto non matrimoniale ma di una piazza e mezzo, vestito con set da letto singolo. Notte in bianco. L'ambiente non permette di ricreare le condizioni necessarie per riposare in quanto la portafinestra non è oscurata ed é priva di imposte o oscuranti per permettere privacy e comfort del sonno. I balconi delle camere danno su una piazzetta con dei locali notturni e bar che danno la musica all'esterno. Nulla di tutto cio' é presente nella descrizione. La gente che bivacca non fà rumore, ma le casse impazzano fino alle 2 del mattino. Sin dalle 2 del mattino al pomeriggio abbiamo cercato di segnalare i nostri disagi senza aver ricevuto nessuna risposta. Lo scopo di una struttura è quello di accogliere gli ospiti ma soprattutto di garantire il loro confort. Alla consegna delle chiavi siamo stati derisi perché avremmo dovuto sapere che al telefono, la struttura non rispondere perché spento, e perché la reception non apre se non nel pomeriggio, e se non rispondono é perché "sono sopra". A parte i problemi descritti sopra, in generale la struttura ha un arredo minimal, e dettagli da sistemare a livello di manutenzione. Cassetta della toilette che non carica, porta asciugamano svitato, caffettiera tradizionale su placca ad induzione che quindi non funziona. La vetrata del bagno divide le toilette dalla camera da letto imponendo un ulteriore disagio. Se chiedete un rimborso perché decidete di andare via dando un congruo preavviso, non riceverete nulla, neppure una motivazione reale ma un messaggio via email mendace ed inutile. Andate altrove, struttura SCONSIGLIATISSIMA

La struttura è completamente rinnovata. Ho soggiornato in un appartamento per una persona e sono stata benissimo. Accogliente , pulitissimo e con ogni confort a disposizione. Penso ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Inizio col dire che i contatti con la reception scritti e telefonici, sono stati precisi e tempestivi. Grazie Gloria e Edoardo! Lo Stesicoro Hesclusive House si trova in centro a Catania ed è raggiungibile comodamente dall'aeroporto tramite navetta Alibus che ha una fermata a due passi.Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 nell'appartamento n°5 che era esattamente come descritto nelle foto. Forse me lo aspettavo un po' più grande, ma nel nostro caso andava bene. I due bagni( uno nella camera più grande)fanno sicuramente la differenza. Un paio di cose andrebbero curate di più: gli attrezzi da cucina e la pulizia dei locali che, essendo totale white, si nota veramente tutto. Lo consiglio e di sicuro ci tornerei. Margherita

Personal poso profesional y maleducado (Gio) y apartamento en mal estado. No volveríamos nunca, es el unico sitio en toda Italia que tuvimos problemas. Si todavia no has reservado, cambia de sitio, no lo dudes

Hotel desastroso, empezando por el personal Gino y Edoardo, Nunca están en su sitio de trabajo, no ayudan, son muy poco profesionales . Dicen que tiene ascensor. pero empieza en la primera planta. En los apartamentos se oye todo de tus 3 vecinos. No volveremos

Nous avions réservé une semaine pour le mois d avril prochain du 9 au 16/04/2022 (réservation faite en novembre 2021). L établissement a annulé notre réservation sans explication aucune !!!! La seule explication est que l établissement était en sur réservation ???? Visiblement notre semaine a été revendue à un prix bien plus intéressant. Quelle toupet ! Nous nous retrouvons donc à devoir retrouver une location avec des prix qui ont flambés... Après avoir appeler l établissement en Italie la direction m annonce ''madame inutile d insister c est comme ça.....'' Méfiez vous si vous réservez auprès de cet établissement qu ils annulent pas votre réservation au dernier moment si les enchères montent tout est possible,.. Honte à cet établissement et à ce manque de savoir vivre! J aurai l'occasion prochainement de me rendre dans ce lieu pour parler en personne à la direction.

Avoid it if possible. We arrived about one hour earlier than the checkin time and no one was at the reception. After ringing a bell, a lady from the cleaning staff basically yelled at us, in Italian only, apparently because we showed up too early. Of course we knew that but we thought that at least we could leave the luggage for a while till we can check in. That is actually not possible… Instead the staff basically slammed the door in front of us leaving a family of three with a lot of luggage on the street to figure it out ourselves. I have never experienced such level of rudeness and total lack of empathy from any hotel staff. Few days earlier there was another misunderstanding with them, regarding transportation from the airport, which they finally declined. This may have been a genuine miss-communication but they showed not very little effort whatsoever to help. The reception was not very friendly either, we even got the sense that they were not happy to pay the city tax by card… The elevator starts from the first floor, which makes it quite uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggage. Btw, the guy at the reception did not even try to help us bring our luggage to the elevator. After check in, we realized that they had forgotten to provide toilet paper in the bathrooms! Could not however resolve the problem immediately because the reception was absent for some time… they eventually responded to our request for toilet paper through whatsup. The apartment (one of the deluxe ones) was not so bad, although several things were annoying, for example a door that was squeaking, very basic and old kitchen equipment (very old microwave oven, no coffee machine), some small damages on the furnitures here and there… the balconies were not in a great condition, not exactly inviting you to seat outside, the beds were not great either. One more thing to note is that it is opposite a bar, which makes it quite loud at night, so if you are easily annoyed by loud music, this might be an issue. We could also hear loud noises from the neighboring apartment. The location is quite central, so this is probably the best feature. Overall, disappointing experience and would not recommend.

It is a building of apartments in Catania. The first thing is that you can hear everything from the apartment next door, every single word. The isolation is terrible and we couldn't sleep. But the worst of all is Gino, this employee does not help to fix anything and is rude. Thank God that was the only bad experience in Italy in our entire trip.
