From the very first moment I inquired about the property, Yasmine was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She made the entire process seamless, clearly explaining the dollar conversion and even arranging our airport transportation so we had a taxi waiting to bring us straight to the property’s front door. When we arrived after a long commute, our room was ready — no waiting at all. We were able to walk right in, settle down, and immediately unwind, which made such a difference. The property itself is beautiful, featuring an on-site pool and Jacuzzi just steps away from the ocean. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, making the experience even more enjoyable.

My girlfriends and I booked a long weekend here to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We had the best time. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the customer service is here. From the booking online and almost weekly correspondence with the ever so patient, Lorena, who answered my million and one questions to the onsite staff who were always there and helpful with kind, friendly smiles, it was all excellent. Shoutout to Justino and Robin for their excellent service- we had a great time thanks to them!

The highlight of our stay at Villas was the incredibly attentive and communicative staff. Property Manager Robbie saw to every detail of picking us up from the airport and delivering us to the hotel. This involved a taxi to the island ferry, golf cart pick up and transportation across the main island, with another short ferry to north Caye Caulker, and pick up yet again by golf cart. We would not have known how to navigate this without Robbie taking care of the details. We received the same level of care when we departed six nights later, this time taking a short flight from the island to BZE. Robbie was readily available on WhatsApp, and we appreciated the kind, constant, and professional level of attention from each staff member. Shout outs to Josslin, Eli, Justino! We enjoyed many delicious meals – and beverages – at Peach on the Beach. (Grilled whole fish & frozen drinks highlights.)

Truly amazing! Very quiet and laid back as its north of the split but did not lack comfort and space. Worth so much more than the price we paid. Upper villa with rooftop looked freshly remodeled. Very bright and clean. AC worked wonderfully. Most evenings the palm leaves blowing in the breeze were the loudest sound that could be heard from the rooftop swings. Our 2 kids had the pool most nights to themselves. The staff was sensational from top to bottom. Everyone was genuinely happy and nice. Our guy Justino made you feel like you were the only guest on site and treated ua like family. Attention to details and customer service were accompanied with a great personality. He always made the extra effort to make sure one of us or the kids had everything we needed wether it was food/drink, a ride to the split, or wanting to know how your day was. His companion Denver made dreams come true behind the bar. The kitchen cook staff were magicians, nothing was disappointing. Fry jacks!...Wish I'd tried them sooner. Bring your fish back after fishing and let them do work, it was impressive and far cheaper than ordering. Food and drink prices were spot on with generous portions. The office went above and beyond and worked the phones to find us another fishing/snorkeling excursion when we had to cancel ours due to the wind, using her own whatsapp to seal the deal for us. Communication with Loretta before the trip was quick and easy. Transportation to and from the airport, including ferry, were all prearranged for the 4 of us by the office as well. The grounds and pool were cleaned daily. Provided punch cards for the split ferry made it more convenient to cross and join the action on the south side. Restaurant charges were all paid at the end of the trip on one bill. Our daughter had tears in her eyes when it came time to pack our bags, this trip will be hard to beat!

The entire stay was fantastic. The entire staff, from the owners to the bartenders and the office staff was second to none. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great trip. The owner went as far as to help our boys with fishing gear to fish off their dock. The restaurant cooked our catch twice and found all the games we wanted to watch on TV. Do not hesitate to book here. The rooms were great for our family of 4 and breakfast every am was great. If you are looking for a resort with great amenities and a personal touch this is the place for you.
