The smell coming out of the toilet is unbearable. To Owner: Please look into your sewrage as there must be an issue with it. The rooms are super tiny, the whole private balcony option is a lie as it’s open to the everyone else on the floor. The towels are not clean, there were stains on it. The shower drainage overflows within 2 mins this is prone to fungal infections. There is a huge gap under the door so you can hear everything from outside which makes it hard to sleep or have some privacy. I would not return or recommend.

Tiny room. No table or chairs. Broken TV. Did not have ocean view I ordered. No place for our suitcases. Mine stayed on my bed. No closet. Bed stands had one drawer. There were two small wall mounted drawers. No dresser or other storage. Overhead lighting only. Had to climb 3 sets of very steep stairs to get to room which was very difficult for me as I have arthritic knees. Must climb to 4th floor to boil water or heat food. No cups, plates or other dinnerware. Room was rated for four people but the two of us tripped over each other. Manager not at all responsive to complaints. I could continue but why bother? Why this place gets good reviews I'll never understand.
