For our needs, location is everything and this property was a wonderful location. Nice being so close to the restaurants of Celina & Grand Lake St. Mary's which is the lovely view from the hotel rooms. The rooms are comfortable & clean, though could use a bit of refreshing. Staff is very nice. Housekeepers Faye & Michelle were helpful in providing amenities not in room when we checked in. Breakfast was basic; cereal, yogurt, fruit, packaged pastries; waffle maker. Coffee very good. The only complaint we had was the parking lot. A single row of diagonal parking spaces directly across from rooms. While convenient to rooms, we found the parking spots difficult to navigate. The parking spots were so close to the rooms that upon departure, a toddler ran out of a first floor room directly behind our vehicle as we were backing out. He was so small that he did not activate our rear detection system. I happened to see the little guy and we avoided a tragic accident. Shame on oblivious parent, but that is another topic for another day!
