房間很漂亮，足夠大，我也喜歡它的位置：）工作人員很樂於助人，讓我提前入住。 我不喜歡的只有以下幾點： 我在床周圍找不到插座，浴室裡的鏡子對於矮個子的人來說掛得太高了🥲 但總體來說，這是一次愉快的住宿！

Perfekte Lage! Es war sehr heiß in Ljubljana und wir buchen eigentlich nur Unterkünfte mit Klimaanlage. Scheinbar haben wir beim Buchen nicht genau nachgesehen, aber dort ist keine Klimaanlage. Die wird auch nicht behauptet, daher können wir uns schwerlich darüber beklagen. Aber es war so heiß, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Terrible smell Location is great. Staff are helpful. But the room had this horrible smell coming out of the bathroom that we felt like we were sleeping in a public toilet. Wished we avoided this place.

Although the location of the hotel was ideal our room's location within the hotel was less so. We found it difficult to rest and relax as our room was one of three located in reception. We we're frequently disturbed by guests checking in and out as well as the slamming of the lobby door as people entered and left the premises. Further, our experience was hampered by a broken shower in our room. When we alerted staff to the issue we were met with indifference and a suggestion of how we might fix the shower ourselves. Though one might expect fewer amenities at a budget friendly hotel Galeria River is not that budget friendly and a working shower isn't a high-end amenity. TLDR: great location, mediocre rooms, poor service

The property is very close to the city center, located in a beautiful and charming area. We arrived after check-in hours, and they kindly assisted us with the process, making everything smooth and easy. The room includes a small fridge and a kettle, perfect for heating up some water. Highly recommended!

I had only two times of towel change in my 6-day stay and one morning without hot shower. If it was informed beforehand that they did not have a lift and that the reception was on the 4th floor but my room was on the 1st floor, I would not have climbed stairs to the 4th floor with my extremely heavy tow suit cases.
