AB拉比雅納-住宅(AB Ljubljana - the Residence)

Pessimo, basti dire che non si chiudeva la porta di un ingresso dell'appartamento dall'interno!!!!! Chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare di notte semplicemente spingendo la porta!!! Alle nostre chiamate nessuno ha risposto nonostante le ripetute garanzie di servizio 24h. Inoltre alcune parti dell'appartamento necessitano di essere ristrutturate, la pulizia non era il massimo con capelli e peli vari nei letti. Infine le tende del salottino non coprono la luce per cui chi dormiva nel divano letto ha avuto luce tutta la notte. Infine sappiate che c'è un locale notturno all'angolo della strada, per cui rumore e stramazzi tutta la notte. Per la.precisione abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano terreno. Sconsiglio vivamente per quanto la posizione sia in pieno centro.

Emplacement idéal à deux pas du pont des cordonniers dans la partie piétonne de la ville. Nous avions l'appartement du rez de chaussée qui est sombre et dont les fenêtres s'ouvrent très peu et les volets ne se ferment pas, dommage. La petite kitchenette est bien pratique. Si vous venez en voiture, je vous conseille le parking relais P+R Barge (5€/j, tickets de bus compris) à moins de 15min avec le bus dédié (ligne 9).

Une adresse remarquable… Un très bel endroit, à la fois au calme et dans le centre ville. Les appartements sont vastes et de toute beauté. La décoration est soignée, sélectionnée. Les hôtes d’une gentillesse incroyable. On regrettera l’absence de machine à laver pour les grandes familles comme nous et certains ustensiles de cuisine élémentaires. Bref, un endroit où poser des valises ✨

La posizione dell'appartamento é ottima, vicino ad un parcheggio pubblico, praticamente sul lungo fiume di Lubiana, in una stradina laterale silenziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento deluxe. L'arredo moderno e ricercato, si sposa con la struttura antica della costruzione. La "seconda camera" in realtà é stata ricavata tramite due pareti in vetro nel soggiorno dell'appartamento. Essendo vetrata e molto piccola (non ci stanno nemmeno i comodini) non é esattamente una camera, ma viaggiando noi in famiglia, non é stato un problema... certo sarebbe meglio poter sapere questa cosa in fase di prenotazione .... l'appartamento risulta comunque agioso (x 4 persone) . All'interno dell'appartamento c'é una cucina attrezzata, un phon, un ferro da stiro e la macchina del caffé... consiglierei all'host di far trovare una bottiglia d'acqua in casa ai suoi ospiti. Durante il nostro soggiorno il whi-fi e la tv garantiti non funzionavano Affascinanti il portone alla notting hill, l'entrata e il cortile esterno. Sul sito viene promessa una colazione continentale alla carta di cui però noi, non ne abbiamo visto traccia.... L'host é stato molto disponibile, é venuto a consegnare personalmente la chiave (con preavviso del nostro arrivo di 30min), il giorno seguente ci ha consegnato della biancheria supplementare richiesta, purtroppo non é riuscito a fare nulla per la whi.fi...

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Suzana was the hostess with the mostest; she was so accommodating with our request for a late check out in pouring rain with 2 pups. The location of the apartment building is very central yet quiet. Public Parking is 7 mins walk (apt is in the pedestrian zone), with plenty of dining options nearby as well as grocery stores. If/when we return to Ljubljana, we’ll stay here without hesitation. THANK YOU so much Suzana

Host was amazing! She contacted us before arriving, giving us directions for parking options! The place it’s really nice and location is perfect! The only minor issue is as it’s first floor, there was some street noise.

The property was so convenient to all the sites in Old Town Ljubljana and had all the amenities I needed. Suzana was a fantastic host. She was always willing to help with whatever I needed or answer questions. I loved my stay and time in Ljubljana. I highly recommend The Residence!

Highly recommend this property for family with kids. Centrally located to various restaurants and sightseeing spots.

We spent four nights at "The Residence", one of several apartments available from the same business. Our "Standard" unit was fully furnished with living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The host Eliano was especially helpful, even meeting us at the shuttle drop-off point (the apartment is in a pedestrian only zone) and walking with us to the rooms. Eliano proved to be a great help in answering our questions, and pointing out places to visit. He is the fifth star in the review summary. If you decide to travel to Ljubljana during the summer, consider that this particular unit does not have AC. This was not a problem while we were there at the beginning of May. Later in the year I would pick one of the other units available, as the rest do have AC. This is not a hotel, more like renting your own individual apartment. Overall, I would not hesitate to book with them again. Ljubljana does deserve more than one visit.
