It is one of the best hotels we have ever been, it is a place that gives you peace and tranquility, everything is perfect and has nothing to do with me.

Beautiful bed and breakfast with exceptional hospitality. Bill and Bridget are great innkeepers that go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasurable. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and beautifully plated. I loved the option of having it delivered to the room and eating on the veranda. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely equipped, including a small fridge and glassware. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

We had the best experience at the Oakwood Inn. The Bridget and Bill were extremely gracious hosts. The delicious breakfast was made for us and our food restrictions. The room and the whole Inn is beautiful! They were accommodating in every way possible! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Stayed three days at this beautiful Inn and spacious grounds. Luxurious room and delightful breakfast each morning. Our ground floor room opened to a semi-private patio and walking path through well-tended gardens. Easy access to restaurants and lake activities. Okoboji and surrounding area is well-suited to families and pleasure, definitely not solitude. It's a trip to be experienced at least once but for us we had a good time and were ready to head west to tamer pastures. Return worthy? Give it a shot and decide!

Bridget and Bill are top notch hosts! Their venue is divine and so relaxing. The food is exceptional. They are so informed about the area, events going on and helped us out by booking an event for us. We love the area and that will be our go to place from now on.
