To start with, I would like to mention that some staff members at the reception seem to prioritize their own interests rather than genuinely assisting guests. It appears that they do not realize the impact of their behaviour on the overall guest experience. A more guest-centric approach would greatly improve the service and hospitality of the hotel. Other aspects of the hotel may be good, but the reception experience plays a crucial role in shaping a guest’s first impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on enhancing their customer service. "Shorty" to be into consideration for this. He acts as if he is the owner, yet the real owner is much more respectful and down to earth person . If you're planning a family trip, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. However, if you're travelling alone and just need a place to sleep while spending most of your time outside, then it might be a decent option. One important tip: Check your room before confirming your booking. The reception staff tends to pressure guests into making payments upfront before even seeing the room. The stay was pleasant except for a few improvement everything was good the rooms must have doormats The number of cloth hangers should be increased or some arrangements inside wooden cabinets must be made for hanging clothes. yes last they must provide at least one litre of water for drinking every day greeshm Jain

the staff is polite but the amenities are quite questionable. the hot water is something that was not regular. blankets were stained and smelled even after changing. the food was above average. the neighbourhood was quite congested. i have rated it average because of the hospitality and politeness of the staff, that’s it.

best service, clean rooms, reasonable price. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions
