Location is the only factor that is good. I had opted for complimentary breakfast but there is no restaurant in the hotel, some personnel is sent out to fetch breakfast and it takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The management must be truthful, if they do not have a restaurant they should abstain of providing breakfast. Overall maintenance is extremely poor, torn bed sheet, unscientific ducting of A/c pipes in the bathroom, in fact there was a big opening on the roof left uncovered in the bathroom , ladies were afraid to enter the toilet, unfriendly staff in the reception.

Very nice. I stayed very pleasant during those days and very safely. I have found through make my trip app. No food service is available. Overall service is good.

near to metro station but did not had the courtesy to provide a water bottle even breakfast was delayed overall ok just for location

Only advantage of hotel spb87 is that it is near to karol bagh metro station. But it is not at all maintained in the good condition. Rooms are very small and not properly cleaned. Hotel doesn't have restaurant. Food ordered will be sent to the room and one has to sit on the bed and have it. Even bathrooms are not kept cleaned.
