The staff were great and the hotel has a good vibe. Unfortunately, the room was not clean to the extent that I am sure that some of the bed sheets were not changed from the previous guests. (I found multiple hairs that were not mine and stains that clearly hadn't been through a wash). When I asked them to change the sheets it was nighttime and housekeeping was not working. The uncleanliness is something so easy to get right in a hotel and it ruined an otherwise great place.

The location was very convenient! Just less than few minutes centre. quiet and clean. The pillow was ok & not smelly but the bed was too small. Wifi connection was perfect. Overall 👍🏻

As soon as I entered, I felt the pleasant atmosphere of this place. We are impressed by the Art design and especially by the rooftop which makes you feel like we are in a jungle. The cuisine and service is very good. The rooms are fresh and welcoming. Thae design of the lobby bar is decorated in retro style. Pleasant music has a relaxing effect.

A great spot within Jakarta, not much complaints apart from the fact that the soap dispenser for hair conditioner was not filled. Otherwise it had a great breakfast and the staff from counter to security were the best part of the hotel. Keep it up.

我們選擇了下一個房間類別，希望能夠從我們的窗戶看到一些風景。然而我們沒有任何看法。當我們辦理入住手續時，冰箱裡有前一位客人留下的一些東西，玻璃上有用過的湯匙。因為我們需要休息，所以我們把垃圾放在外面。我們的浴室的排水管很小。我們通知前台，但直到早上才回覆。所以我不會向我們的客戶推薦這家酒店作為優質服務酒店。直到我們要求延遲退房至12.30並沒有被接受。兩名男性前台打電話給我們要求盡快退房，因為政府團體會來，我們要在 11.30 之前做好準備，甚至要等到 12 點。史上最差的服務 4 星。

Although the rooms are a little bit smaller than they look on the photos, they were very nice. I have to say that the bathroom, bedsheets and cups at the sink weren't very clean, which frankly, is something kosenda should improve on. Another think to note, the walls aren't very soundproof. We were able to hear our neighbors. The beds were nice to sleep in, and the hotel had a nice ambiance. I would recommend to stay here.

きれいなホテルでした。朝飯が美味しい

良好的位置和漂亮的風格。網路連線不好（非常慢或沒有），早餐點菜也不是什麼好東西。

The hotel is really cozy with nice interior. Their restaurant is yummm, this is totally worth the price. Highly recommend!

我喜歡這家酒店在 Instagram 上的曝光度。每個小角落看起來都很酷而且美觀。早餐不錯！沒有自助餐，單單點餐。愛它！服務很棒。

We have been staying at this hotel every time we go to Jakarta for several years. I still like the decor, the uniqueness of this hotel, breakfast is also good, however the rooms are dirty. They didnt clean underneath the carpet.
