This is the place to stay when you on your way to Cape Town. The Owner and Staff were very friendly and made us feel at home, Our room were nice and clean, very comfortable mattress and clean linen. Thank you Nicolette, hopefully we will see you soon.

Die Here huis is a beautiful place, it is clean, neat and has an old world style everybody will desire.The staff is very friendly and the food top notch; the rooms are also very neat and clean we will definitely stay there again regards the Smith’s

Marietjie and the team are organised, friendly and very responsive to the preferences of their guests. Rooms are well appointed and having dinner on-site can be recommended as a good and tasty value for money option (organise in advance).

Very welcome stop over after a very long drive. Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful garden with swimming pool. Room is equipped with mini fridge, kettle and coffee / tea. Must say there is an abundance of plugs in the room, with space for a USB charger, also had a hairdryer. I travel a lot and plugs are always an issue. Will definitely stay there again

Your rooms and garden are beautiful. Unfortunately we felt the service at the breakfast was not as good and the breakfast was not as fresh and way overpriced . The booking and reception was excellent.

Not good quality as advertised. Disturbed with smoking and qualit of room not upto standard. Not happy with the accommodation. Not ideal for family who want to stay together for closer to each other. Will not come again.

What a relief to arrive at Die Herehuis on a scorching December afternoon after traveling long hours on the busy N1. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a refreshing swim in the pool was a great relief. We enjoyed the friendly hospitality of all the personnel at Die Herehuis. We ordered drinks from the bar which we enjoyed on the stoep. We left too early to have breakfast, but all rooms do have a kettle, fridge, and microwave oven, as well as complimentary coffee, etc. There is enough secure parking on the premises, even for trailers. We fully recommend Die Herehuis for an overnight stay on your next trip through the Karoo.
