佛羅裏別墅酒店(Hotel Villa Flori)

허니문으로 완벽한 공간이었습니다. 어쩌면 조금 동떨어졌다 느낄 수 있지만 꼬모역에서 택시로 10분 내 거리라 불편하지 않았어요. 오히려 평화로운 분위기 속에 제대로 된 호스피탤리티를 느낄 수 있었어요. 객실은 아주 약간 세월이 느껴지지만 그마저도 멋스럽습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋고, 특히 식당에서의 경험은 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다. 호텔에 묵는다면 저녁식사를 미리 예약해서 낭만적인 디너경험을 해보시길 추천드립니다.

The hotel was really cute right on the water with access to a good car park. Absolutely loved the bar area and restaurant which were fantastic experiences overall. I would highly recommend the hotel for commuters. Reception staff were adequate if a little cold compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at in our journey but still good enough service to not put us off the experience. My only criticism was that the reception staff could've been a little friendlier but like I said previously they were fine overall. The room was ok, would have preferred a king size bed rather than 2 single beds stuck together but the view and cleanliness was excellent. We would potentially stay again if we were in the area.

The property is situated on the lake. The property was beautiful, but the service was terrible. The staff was not accommodating. We paid for two of the same rooms but one got lake view and one did not. The one that didn’t smell terrible. Once we told them, they were super rude. We asked to switch and that they suggested that we upgraded for another €500, in which we did and we asked for something for the inconvenience and they refused. Additionally in april it is quite chilly and the temperature on the thermostat was not correctly raising. The front desk was so rude to us and screamed at us in the middle of the night when we were asking him to increase the temperature and he just kept screaming saying he doesn’t understand what we’re saying. We speak perfect English and he did not.

Truly wonderful stay, I had just come from a conference at a world-famous luxury resort and I loved Villa Flori just as much. Dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals I have ever had!! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the amazing service. I will recommend this to everyone visiting Lake Como!!

Spent 6 nights on our honeymoon. Gorgeous hotel with a great view of the lake. An easy 30min walk from Como. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food. We are very much looking forward to coming back in the future!

Villa Flori est fantastique, c'est le deuxième séjour que nous y faisons et rien ne bat la vue imprenable sur le lac par la fenêtre ! Le service est top, l'hôtel est magnifique, le petit déjeuner est bien fourni, rien à redire !

Just the most incredible place. The pics don’t do it justice. Would definitely pay extra for a lake view because it really is magical. I never write reviews but on this occasion, it was so good that I felt compelled to do so.
