very nice ambience. neat and clean rooms. excellent view from room balcony . tasty food.polite staff

A very unhygienic property. Specially the dinning area and the kitchen was super filthy. Utensils in which Breakfast was served, were literally unwashed, tea pots were damn dirty.

It was a pleasant stay, staff was caring and responsive , balcony view was mesmerizing and food was great and tasty

The room size, balcony view, and overall service were commendable. However, the food did not offer value for money, given the exorbitant pricing, and the taste was below expectations.

The Stay was excellent with Neat and Clean Rooms and Washroom was Clean and Hygienic . The Main Catchy thing was Private Balcony to view excellent and nice Views .

Location is good but food is average ***** with below par service. Breakfast buffet had limited option with cold food.

Room and cleanliness is good. Food quality and quantity very poor. Dining not good especially non veg.

The hotel staff was non responsive. First they didnt mention that the the kitchen tandoor is out of order, we had no options for ordering any food from tandoor. Secondly, they provided incorrect order :Cheese chilly gravy instead of cheese chilly dry and then removed the gravy to make it dry that was very annoying. The stuff was stale. Overall pathetic staff and service.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

I recently booked this hotel superior room at Rs 4500 per night through AGODA for my small family stay including me my wife 1 year old boy 10 year old girl. We been there for relaxation as we are living near by chandigarh so oftenly we travel to kasuli, shimla in weekend and this time chail. But unfortunately our stay become bad day experience Because of the OWNER CHEAP AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR After enterd the hotel the OWNER alongwith MANAGER said to me that your booking mention 2 adults only but you having 2 child's too So we will charge Rs 1000 extra for them Firtly i was shocked because i am regular traveller to india state not only himachal Then i asked for which facility I need to pay more Rs 1000 Then they said we will provide your extra mattress for them Then I replied but i don't need them as my children still sleep with us and we can manage it as i have booked kind size bed But the owner replied with stubborn behavior that you have to pay as you have mention only 2 adults Then I replied yes because we are 2 adults and then I showed them their hotel policy Which is clearly mentioned that above 17 years age only considered as a adult below that children between age 2 to 16 can stay free After seeing the policy the OWNER BRUNTLY said this in not OUR policy then I said sir I have booked your hotel from agoda and these policy are written under booking And I am not asking you extra bedding and amenities Then again the owner straight forward denying their policy and said ye agoda walo ne likha hoga humari ye policy nahi Aap abhi site pe 2 adults k saath 2 children dalo Rate Rs 1000 increase ho jayega Mene kahan mujhse pata hai but वो extra bedding and towel k liye hai hume वो चाहिए nahi. But he keep arguing with me till I have agreed to pay Rs 1000 Because I don't want to spoil one day stay there After that we have to ask for every single facility which is like Coffee packets are not there Tea packet are only 2 but milk is absent Sleeper are not there Toothpaste and brush are not there only hand soup and bathing soap is there Then after ready to pay still amenities was absent I need to ask them to get all And it was whole stay process as I reached there by 4.00 pm so it was going on whole stay And am having child's who need cartoons on TV so they having led but box was not recharge In our night stay they have change 3 time tv box to watch cartoons and all three box recharge finish in the night only Then I was also felt ashamed to ask them the facility of tv again and again but if you having small kids who watching cartoon so you need it very badly so that they can stick there. Last but not the least food was good but in case you loved to eat higher end salt other wise it will as make your stay bad. And I order one night snacks and food which they have cost me Rs 4500 around and end up with the keema Naan with gravey but in keema naan keema was absent it was only having maida with the sweek curry I

The location was good, on the main road, not too far from the market and places to visit in chail. Calm environment and view from balcony. Rooms were hygienic, no issues with safety as well. Local sightseeing services are available at extra cost. Few things can be improved, toiletries included basic things, however on request toothbrush and toothpaste, bathroom slippers were provided(it would be better to include them in basic kit. Breakfast options were having variety and good in taste. Room service is also fine, however it can be slightly swift. The behavior of the staff was polite. Parking is also available. Non availability of lift can be an issue for some.
