Our recent stay at Bandipur Wildlife Resort & Spa was unfortunately a deeply disappointing experience, especially considering its spectacular location amidst the serenity of the Bandipur wilderness. One would expect a resort in such a prime spot to offer a stay that matches the grandeur of its surroundings—but sadly, the reality was far from it. The room we were provided was in an unacceptable condition. It was neither clean nor maintained. The restroom tap was non-functional, the amenities were far below even basic standards, and there was absolutely no room service available. Essential items like drinking glasses or plates were completely missing from the room, reflecting a serious lapse in guest care and preparedness. The hygiene standards were shockingly poor, leaving us both uncomfortable and frustrated. It is truly unfortunate that such a beautifully located property is being so poorly managed. With proper upkeep and attention to guest experience, this resort has immense potential—but as it stands, it is a far cry from what it promises or what any guest deserves.
