Avoid at all costs if you do not want to waste your holidays. filthy linen, used towels, unwashed kettle and cheapest toiletries. Worse front desk staff attitude. No ***ners . arguing with almost every guest for some or the other issue. very mediocre random and limited options in Buffets. anything you ask for , is chargeable as extra. Though the room sizes are good but maintenance is very very poor . approach road from Bandipur main road till resort appx. 5 klms is very bad. really suggest DONT spoil your mood and holidays here

Net work is a issue. Wi Fi only in lobby area. Food is good. . Resort is in deep forest area.Good house keeping. Renovation job in progress in elephant bungalow 2. Deers are roaming near bungalow area.

Terrible! Please don't go after the reviews. The entire window pane was broken since ***y days but the ***agement didn't know about it. The used tea bags and milk sachets were found in the hot water kettle. There were ants in the bed. The mattress was not cleaned from bottom. None of the windows could be closed properly. TV channels not working because of non payment. The bar and the restaurant didn't have ice!! Food was not a culinary experience.

Very well maintained and was peaceful throughout the resort, best place to experience real forest environment and was pleasant place to stay. Staff was very courteous and food provided was tasty and fantastic

The resort is far away from Base Campus of the jungle safari, also the last stretch of the road is extremely poor. The food both dinner and breakfast was below par and very disappointing. The resort is not geared to serve snacks and tea early morning as per the need of the Safari. The rooms are stinking and poorly maintained. There is a play area which is decent. Alcohol is served at the Bar. Also, you will find Deers right outside your room at night and early morning, not sure how they ***aged to do so.

This resort is situated in the heart of Bandipur forest and is one of the four properties to have survived strict government guidelines. It has more than 60 rooms. Though the property is 30 years old, the building structure doesnt seems so. It has loyal and excellent staff providing good food and hospitality. The rooms are surrounded by natural landscape and spotted deers. There are few watch towers, for recreation the club provided indoor and outdoor games.

We booked with my in-laws who have County Club membership. I was skeptical about this place as I have seen lots of bad reviews but ended up booking this place for three nights. We ended up leaving after 2 nights and let go the 3 night charges as this place is in absolute disgusting conditions. The rooms are filthy, linen are dirty, smelly with visible body fluid and makeup sports all over bed sheet and pillow covers. The staff at reception simply not interested in taking any feedback. I tried to raise the issue few time with the reception staff but they were not interested in listening to any feedback and I was told to leave feedback online. I guess one of the reason why they don’t care as most people visiting this place have already purchased Country Club membership. My best advice to anyone looking to book this place, please don’t waste your precious time and hard earned money here, look for other options.

Team of Mr Kumar and Acharya sir took utmost care of us . Food they are really good with local delicacy. They were very proactive and hospitable . The best part about the resort was the view of mountain and you had several open space to explore. Unlike hotel hotel this is a jungle resort. Very calm and relaxing experience. we stayed there in Feb-22. love to stay again. lot of activities, swiming pool & admist forest stay was thirilling. we had repetative chance to see spoted deer around our roon in day & night time. enjoyed a lot
