Great Stay and lovely view. Great Staff

Absolutely great stay. Clean and stylish room, all the facilities very impressive. Rooms, very spacious and lovely interiors. Food was delicious and great value for money. Excellent hospitality shown by staff and the entire team exceeded expectations with their attentive and efficient service and set very high service standards.

Excellent property with a great view of the valley. Hotel staff is very courteous - would like to call out Deepika and Rohit for their great hospitality. One of the best property that I have visited in Dalhousie so far.

The service is excellent. Feel pampered at every step. Staff go out of the way to ensure your stay is extra comfortable. Naveen and Deepika took care of our dinner requirements, explained the dishes and served plenty of hot water with a smile. Would definitely go back to this place for its ambience and hospitality.

An exceptional business stay at Hotel Fortune, Dalhousie. From impeccable meeting arrangements to breathtaking views, delicious food, and prompt, courteous staff, every aspect exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for both work and leisure!

Place has amazing view of snow clad peaks from their valley view rooms, also has indoor swimming pool to chill . Special mention of the restaurant staff smiling Mohit and their amazing chef Chunni Verma who specially cooked himachali dishes for us (pahadi khatta mutton , sapu sabzi , rajma madra and siddu) . Difficult to say what's the property's USP , the food or view 😀 . Best to opt for dinner buffet as no good restaurants in vicinity . Market and local waterfall is about 10-12 mins from the place. Got very good deal from Sachin ji of Indraprasta Resorts. Tips- Makes sense to check with property for combo deals directly and then check online website. Price difference is substantial. Cancellation policy is also similar to ones given by online sites.

Nice hotel , friendly staff and excellent food. Rooms are too good , location is excellent. Overall experience was great

The overall experience was worst . On day 1 , the AC was working at Heat mode even after requesting to the person the same was not changed . On dinner we placed order for aloo jeera same was served half cooked . Day 2 - the parking person switch on the headlight for my car over night and the same resulted to battery down , for which again I have wasted 1 hr to get the battery arranged . Day 3- there was some corporate booking and they was playing loud music till 12 in the night after connecting with reception the answer was same that we can’t do any thing for this , also as mentioned my problem for day 1 related to AC the same connected in to cooling mode and same was communicated to us that the corporate person needed this only . Overall the experience was worst . We booked this hotel just because of name associated with this hotel is ITC . We should not suggest anybody to go to this place . Entire room was stinking and we have to request for everything which is not going to happen . Sad after paying so much amount this kind of experience is worst and that too when you are travelling with family .
