服務很好。

算了……他們太自以為是了，對我的一篇評論，他們回答說我什麼都不懂，而且我來錯了時期，因為夏天很擁擠。早餐給人一種匱乏的感覺：自助餐有兩個羊角麵包、麵包和用完的果醬。工作人員聊天，不關心情況。 房間很髒，酒吧（在大樓裡！）一直傳來噪音和音樂，直到很晚……但這是我的錯，因為我什麼都不懂。

勃朗峰的美景。相對於得到的東西來說太貴了。早餐很差，工作人員沒有照顧。房間裡甚至沒有一瓶飲用水。房間很小但很乾淨。浴缸很舊，皂液器也壞了。一切都需要革新和整修。

該結構有點過時，但適合像我們這樣快速、短暫的住宿。我們升級到了高級房，非常明亮，可以看到美麗的山景。到處都是地毯，其他都還好。非常友好的工作人員。步行約二十分鐘即可到達霞慕尼市中心，無需開車，根據季節的不同，可以在建築前免費停車。

Lekker eten en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Smakelijke burgers, pizza’s en andere gerechten. Sfeer is ongedwongen en buiten zit je prima op het terras, hoewel deze direct grenst aan de weg door het dorp en een parkeerplaats. Ondanks dat prima plek. Vega opties ook prima hier.

一種特殊的服務理念。在酒吧等了10多分鐘（空無一人），被接待員一揮手發現後，發生了什麼事…一名調酒師出現並接了訂單。 當我們正要離開時，接待員過來道歉，並為給我們帶來的不便為我們提供了一杯飲料......好吧，我們等幾分鐘......更多關於她的照片......除了我看到接待員走向酒吧，我聽到一個乾巴巴的男性聲音……這顯然沒有引起接待員的注意。我們決定離開，經過我們的兩個「對話者」面前，我們以禮貌的方式向他們打招呼，沒有一個字，沒有一個眼神……要避免的蔑視！

Quelle déception ! Le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu .... cuisine médiocre, un plateau apéritif avec 4 tranches minuscules de saucisson + fromage médiocre. La burrata avec la salade de tomates est industrielle et insipide...c'est plutôt de la mozzarella ! Le service est long (alors qu'il n'y avait personne !). Un Irish coffee mauvais .... je suis repartie avec l'impression qu'on s'était moqué de nous ! JE NE REVIENDRAI PLUS !

Très belle chambre, propre et grande, dommage que le personnel d’accueil ne parle pas le français et ne soit pas au niveau de l’hôtel, sinon très bien situé, vue magnifique 👍, au vu de l’accueil nous n’avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place.

Prix exorbitant pour cet hôtel 3 étoiles. Chambre très simple mais propres. Demi pension , c'est vraiment pas très bon ni fin et beaucoup trop abondant. Petit déjeuner décevant réduit à son strict minimum. Résultat : nous avons payé aussi cher que dans un 4 étoiles en étant très loin des mêmes prestations. Chamonix a bien d'autres hôtels bien plus sympas et agréables au même prix mais faut-il encore qu'il y ait de la place !...

Simple convenient hotel with okay rooms, good breakfast and amazing views of the mountains. About 20 minutes walk to Chamonix or use the free bus tickets the hotel provides

The hotel is easy to find and has a public car park next door. The car park can be very busy as it serves a number of local establishments. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are large (ours was actually 2 rooms with 2 double beds) and very comfortable. Be wary of leaving the windows open for any amount of time as the room quickly fills with exhaust fumes from the passing traffic. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price.

What a lovely find!! Booked on the day of our arrival due to a change in our road trip plans, The Lanchers is a 25 minute riverside walk from the centre of Chamonix. Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and towels and a bath!! We were up and out too early to take advantage of breakfast! The lady on reception was most helpful in securing us a room for the night and so we would definitely recommend the hotel and look to stay again should our travels take us to Chamonix!

We booked at the very last minute, just a few hours before we checked in on the day of our stay via **********. Reasonable price. We checked in on Fri 06Jan2023 and stayed through Sunday 08Jan2023 in room #12. Room #12 is a handicapped room so there was lots of space. On Sunday 08Jan2023 at check out we decided to stay one more night here but needed to switch rooms, our second room was #19, which had a great view. At check in Andrea was extremely helpful, without being asked she told us the bus schedule and marked everything on a map for us. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We also ate at the restaurant at the hotel which was some of the best food we had during our time in Chamonix. The bartender/server Florin was phenomenal - genuinely kind, helpful and overall a wonderful human. He made our experience so good that we stayed the extra night at the hotel. Florin and Andrea made us feel at home, and were so kind. They gave us great advice on what to do in the area. The food at the hotel was amazing, during our stay we tried and LOVED everything. - Steamed mussels, Mussels tomatoes, lemon juice, chili white wine , parsley - Baked local Cheeses, From age des Clarines backed with white wine, served with boiled potatoes, local cured ham, salami, tomatoes and salad/ - Tartiflettes, Potatoes, lardons, onions, reblochon cheese, and cream. Served with a salad. ** Tartiflettes is a dish that originates from this area, so it was nice to try something traditional. It was my favorite from our trip. - Pasta carbonara - Pizza, Piccante, Sausage tomatoes, mozzarella, mix des polvrons, chorizo, hailer de Basslilic This hotel is located outside the downtown area, its easily accessible via a walking path or short bus ride. It has great views and access to outdoor activities. Also less than 5 minute walk to ski/ snowboard lift. Rooms were clean, good storage, comfortable beds, all the usual hotel stuff. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. We are so thankful that we stumbled upon this little gem
