房間描述裡說是豪華房，但實際上並非如此。房間服務一文不值，房間裝潢簡陋，沒有電視，沒有無線網絡，食物種類很少。在陽光旅館的旅程簡直糟透了。離開時，他們把其他房間的帳單和我的帳單混在一起了。服務太差了。

房間寬敞
但清潔度有問題
前台小姐缺乏培訓，不成熟，不負責任。
客房服務也很差。
週二自助早餐他們提供了雞蛋吐司，卻沒有註明。我這輩子從來沒在星期二吃過雞蛋，但由於餐廳團隊的疏忽，我吃了一口雞蛋。當我懷疑裡面有什麼問題時，我問自己，那是雞蛋嗎？然後他們說是的。天哪。至少他們應該註明是雞蛋。因為這件事，我忽略了10分鐘。
我以前總是選擇這家酒店，但現在品質越來越差。
這次很失望。

Poor….. The hotel tries to project a royal ambience, but cordoning off sofas and not allowing guests to sit ruins the experience.

The hotel has good location but the staff was little unprofessional. No one came for cleaning for 3 days despite calling again and again.
Foor was very costly moreover quality was not upto benchmark.
No Bar.
Overall not value for money. After location nothing was good.

stayed for only 1 night with family. overall experience was OK. however there were some glitches in room allocates to us i.e. Premium luxury room in which door bell was not working, Jet had a leakage in toilet, tea coffee material was not available, hand towel was missing.
Food was good, breakfeast buffet was okay with good options.
Hotel is located at good location, Sukhna lake and Rock garden is nearby.

No proper room cleaning, incomplete mini bar and no refill for washroom items. Delayed breakfast experience and ignorant staff for service. Key card was not working and had to do up and down again and again

Would not recommend this hotel.
The room had a horrible smell. Even the air-condition couldn’t help with it.
The breakfast was below par too for the price they charge. Sevvaiyan was made in burnt milk. Tea was horrible too. Service was pathetic.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my satisfaction with my experience.
The stay was very comfortable, and the quality of food was excellent. The variety and taste made my dining experience enjoyable throughout my visit.
Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient. Being near ISBT Chandigarh made travel easy, and the proximity to popular attractions like the Rock Garden and Sukhna Lake (just 5-7 kms away) was a huge plus for sightseeing.
Thank you for providing such a pleasant stay. I will definitely recommend Hotel Sunbeam Premium to others visiting Chandigarh, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.
