No clean rooms, good breakfast though with good staff, checking experience was ok ok, but only problem is that room has no view and it has strange smell

The room was spacious and clean. Amenities were provided. A table was there. It seemed more expensive than it should be. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and in a good location.

Room was good. But there was shortage of hot water. Service was slow. Food was not good it was just average.

Location is apt, but rooms are dingy and cleanliness levels needs improvements. Food didn't try. Staff is although polite and friendly with smiles overall a mixed experience

I found property location by google map food is average amenities and services are average over all not worth the money they charge

It was good, but still much improvement needed. Check out time can be extended a lil. Ac is not upto the mark.

Could not sleep the entire night as there was some sort of shifting going below the floor i was put up in. Continuous rattling and banging sounds of utensils did not let me sleep for even a minute. I would like a refund for my booking

Excellent food & service, especially Mr Ravi who amazing & gave personal touch to each and every guest. Variety in vegetarian buffet was awesome especially curries , veg dishes & sweet dishes were amazing , had a quality time . highly recommended

No positive vibes inside. Old furniture. Not upto the mark. Situated in down market area. Only restaurant is good.

Room smelled dampness, bathroom was waterlogged, no extra cot was provided. At the time of booking, they were informed that, we are two adults with 2 kids, so proper sleeping arrangements should have been made. Tv was not working, so they took more than 30 minutes to repair it. I have been a regular customer of this hotel since 2012. But services are gradually deteriorating.

The hotel needs an upholstery change over. The power keeps going out without a system for switching over. It definitely is not value for money.

Not hygienic, operations need a detailed and micromanagement to become upto the mark. Tray of complimentary items like tea bags etc was full of dirt (may be a week old dust) is just a lil example.
