La experiencia en el hotel ha sido bastante buena, probablemente instalaciones de un 2-3 estrellas en España pero servicio de 4. Es verdad que alguna cosa necesitaría cierto mantenimiento pero todo estaba muy limpio y el personal era muy servicial, en cuanto pedías algo al momento te lo llevaban a la habitación. Respecto al desayuno, muchas de las opciones de buffet nos resultaban picantes ya que no estamos acostumbrados a ese tipo de comida pero nos preparaban al momento cualquier alternativa que pedíamos. Tan solo pediría que se pudiera tomar en el desayuno un café “real” de cafetera, como el que sirven en el bar del segundo piso y no solo Nescafé. También hemos probado la comida del servicio de habitaciones y la recomendamos totalmente. Durante el desayuno, cuando nos hemos quedado solos, uno de los trabajadores fue verdaderamente insistente para que escribiéramos dos reseñas buenas mencionándole, nos cogió el teléfono, nos hizo quitar el wifi para que no se detectara la IP del hotel, nos hizo escribirlas en inglés y no nos dejó irnos del restaurante hasta que lo hicimos. Aunque mi opinión del hotel es buena hay que tener en cuenta este tema a la hora de leer reseñas sobre este hotel y aparentemente casi todos los lugares que estamos visitando en India. Si fuera encargada del hotel tendría este tema en cuenta ya que genera mucha incomodidad y estropea el buen servicio del resto de trabajadores de toda la semana

Gostei muito, o hotel é bom. Foi meu primeiro da Índia, estava apreensiva do que ia encontrar. Mas foi tranquilo e o chuveiro é ótimo. No buffet de café da manhã fomos bastante ajudados por Vi Jay Kumar, muito solícito com minha falta de aceitação de paladar com coisas picantes, que é basicamente tudo kkkkk

Hotel muito bom. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Obrigado especial para vijay thakur que se esforçou para nos ajudar no café da manhã. Quartos limpos e organizados, só achei as camas muito próximas. Estacionamento amplo e recepção confortável também. Internet funciona em todo o hotel e o bar é bem gostoso

The staff are friendly and supportive . Paramshila , the house keeping staff kept the room tidy and clean. Food is good and delicious.

Shower room glass door missing. While shower, so much water enters the toilet/wash basin area. Since there is no slope on the floor to the drain, water flooding at toilet/wash basin area. Room No.306. One of the front desk lady staff not talking politely to the guest while checking in. Restaurant staffs and House keeping staffs are very good, friendly and helpful.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay in the Hotel Fern residency. The staff is very prompt in their duties. Also Sanjay Dubey from HK dpt. Was found to be very cooperative. All the consumables , upkeep of room was found to be nice. Thanks.

Kuber Singh was there in the Restaurant at the time of breakfast. He served us quite well. Overall his services was remarkable. He made our experience memorable.

I had a terrible experience at Fern Residency. One of their staff members, Rishi, behaved in a way that completely ruined our stay. He opened and drank the alcohol himself, then tried to make us pay for it. When we questioned him, he spoke to us in a rude and abusive way and kept insisting that we were responsible for something we clearly did not do. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any hotel. We expected honesty and basic respect, but instead we were blamed and spoken to aggressively. The management needs to take this seriously and fix their staff issues. I would not recommend staying here until they address this kind of conduct.
