The room I was given had a damage lock. When I went to the hotel at night, the lock of my room did not open. It took about 40 minutes to open it, and that too I had to call the hotel staff and it opened with great difficulty. I was tired and was feeling very sleepy, but due to this problem I could not sleep at all. I had a very bad night. I will never book this hotel again. The hotel staff also forgot the lock of the room, still they gave me the room. I am very upset with you at Trip.com, because I trust you. Because of you I had sleepless nights. I reached the room at 11:30 PM but the lock did not open for 40 minutes. And then I could not sleep. Slow clap for your poor service

It is a nice hotel, location is very much preferable for business stay. Food price is reasonable and home like food

Please upgrade the rooms and bathroom as well. How on earth can chandigarh has a hotel like this?

very expensive, window cant be shut down. bed sheet and quilt Cover was not changed since days. Out of Office, they made hotel.

Easy to approach good by location the interior was okay and supported staff will be held off disciplined staff only one thing was the interiors are stinking and nothing else bad if i am say talk about my stay it was good and recommendable
