All good overall during the stay. I will stay again good location.

I've been a member of Hilton Honors since 1980. Never have I experienced a stay like this in all those years. There was a soccer team of boys next door and across the hall who yelled and slammed doors all nights long. (Obviously they were un-supervised.) I did talk to the desk clerk about it and he did credit me for one night. Thank you for that.

Bathroom had hair on the floor when we arrived and one of the queen beds looked rumpled and unmade or like someone had slept in it already. We had to leave one day early, it wasn’t clean and I was getting sick. The breakfast on Sunday ended at 9:00 am and there were many people still waiting to get food. This situation was odd for a weekend, and wasn’t relaxing or pleasant. My husband is disabled and rushing around is hard on him. I’ve stayed at Hilton’s all over the world but this property was not enjoyable.

I stay at Hampton because the beds in the past have been super comfy—crisp sheets and pillow-like mattresses—not this time! The bed should be replaced as it was not up to the standards of a Hampton. I also stay because of the free breakfast, but in the future will not consider that into my decision-making because the breakfasts leave much to be desired.

Both phones in the room were not working. The desk lamp was terribly wobbly. The ceiling light in the main sink area was not working. The fridge fell off the shelf towards me almost every time I opened it. But the room was exceptionally CLEAN, much cleaner than most hotels, and the desk guy was very, very courteous. But his printer didn't work when he tried to print some local transportation information for me.

The room was super clean and the staff was very friendly. We travel with three kids and there are never enough towels in our rooms. This was the exception. Everything was stocked and the room and mini kitchen were very spacious. This is the best room I have ever spent the night in.

Disaster from the start, elevators were out and my wife and I are handicapped. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and we had to climb the stairs. We asked desk clerk to help find another Hampton and he refused.

Our flight was delayed a day; so we had to pay for a room we didn't use, because we used a THIRD PARTY. So we do NOT plan on using ******* again. TOO MUCH HASSLE. They didn't clean the rooms while we stayed there! It was not a good situation

We always stay here when we are in the Valley. Rooms are clean in a quiet area, great breakfast. We never had any problems here.

Our third stay here since August. We returned because we have been pleased with its location, comfort, and service.

The day that we checking the hotel lights from the front they were off we check in around 8pm. The shower was clogged.

The housekeeping staff leave a lot to be desired. Rooms are half cleaned at best.
