Very close to the high-speed train station, and ordering takeout is also very convenient. The projection screen is clear, and the air conditioning is nice and cool. The bed is just the right firmness and very comfortable. The shuttle driver was warm, polite, and thoughtful.

The hotel was dusty and unclean everywhere. The toilet had a bad odor, and the shower area was elevated, causing water to spill out onto the floor after showering, almost making me slip. The toothpaste provided was tiny, like those found in a cheap motel, not even enough for one use. The hotel entrance was difficult to find and very narrow. I booked a 1.8-meter bed, but it was actually only 1.5 meters, which is false advertising. Going to the bathroom at night disturbed other guests' sleep due to poor sound insulation. The hotel has only one floor, a tiny front desk, and one staff member, so there was no service to speak of. It's definitely not worth the price or a 4-star rating.

For any other services, contacting the front desk was never an issue.
