地理位置非常好，服務熱情周到。步行即可到達大多數景點。 床墊有點硬。提供的毯子太薄了。夜晚很冷。

Πολύ ζεστοί και εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι ,Χαμογελαστοί, χαρούμενοι, ΄έτοιμοι να εξηγήσουν και να βοηθήσουν. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να απολαύσεις την πόλη και την βόλτα στην παλιά πόλη Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά Στενάχωροι οι χώροι και παράξενοι （π.χ. ο νεροχύτης ήταν στο χώρο του δωματίου και όχι στο μπάνιο）

Στο κέντρο της πόλης με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα πιο ενδιαφέροντα σημεία της. Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο, καθημερινή αλλαγή σε πετσέτες προσώπου και μπάνιου και κάθε δεύτερη μέρα στα σεντόνια. Άριστη σχέση κόστους/ οφέλους καθώς μείναμε σε δίχωρο δωμάτιο. Ευγενέστατο, χαμογελαστό κι εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία, κέντρο πόλης, μεγάλα καθαρά δωμάτια, εξυπηρετικό,ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το μόνο αρνητικό τά πίσω δωμάτια （Οικονομικά） το μπαλκόνι μικρό, Χωρίς έπιπλα και βλέπεις δυστυχώς τις στέγες των σπιτιών!!!

Συγχαρητήρια για την καθαριότητα την ευαισθησία την οργάνωση και ολη την αντιμετώπιση που είχα για την φιλοξενία που μου προφέρατε με κάθε τρόπο και την ανθρωπιά που σας διακατέχει!!! το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!!

地點很好，靠近公車站和老城區。房間乾淨整潔。工作人員非常友好且樂於助人。由於第二天要趕飛機，所以只住了一晚。唯一遺憾的是屋頂露台被封閉了，我們原本期待著喝一杯清爽的飲料並欣賞小鎮的景色。

Consigliato in particolare per la posizione di fronte alla città vecchia quindi al porto, camere carine, molto buona la pulizia, bagno nuovo e pulito (io ci tengo molto!). Diciamo che in bagno potrebbero metterci qualcosa per appoggiare le cose (ed il bidet, ma non chiediamo troppo!) Idem per appoggiare la valigia nelle camere o in corridoio.. La reception è al 1° piano e girata dalla parte opposta a dove salgono le persone, quando passi nemmeno ci si guarda in faccia.. Terrazze periclose per i bambini piccoli ma noi abbiamo tenuto ben chiuse le finestre, si sta bene grazie all'aria condizionata. Noi ci siamo stati 2 notti, perfetto per soggiorni brevi.

L'ubicazione è centrale e comodissima, le stanze sono pulitissime e dotate di tutti i comfort essenziali; il personale è molto cordiale e sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni, infatti la reception è coperta h24. Ottima esperienza. Consigliato.

Nice hotel close and walking distance to the bus station and old town. It was clean and nice basic room, reasonable price, good views over the city. Bed was quite soft. Not easy access with wheelchair.

Hotel in ottima posizione, prezzo ottimo per i servizi offerti, reception sempre attiva e efficiente. In 5 minuti si raggiunge the old town e, con auto al seguito, si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge piu famose.

The staff is very very kind, the girl at the reception was very helpful for everything and helped us with the app to pay for parking ticket. The hotel is very close to the city center. The room was ok.

Great location and really helpful staff, the rooms are basic but all you need. Only issue we had to make others aware of is the cleaner leaves the balcony doors slightly open after cleaning (assume for fresh air) and we had some items stolen, we assume from the neighbouring balcony as only they could access this and they checked out the same day. So would recommend asking for cleaners to keep doors closed as there is a security issue here. The hotel also didn’t do anything about this other than the receptionist apologise. Nothing of great value was taken but not nice knowing someone has been through your things. All in all a great stay though.

Thank you also for your nice words regarding our staff, we really appreciate you recognize the hard work our staff always do in order to provide you highly services. We really feel sorry regarding the inconvenient fact of your missing stuff, but we wish to clarify that all the room balconies are privates and there is no access to them except if you have already enter the room. Unfortunately there is no way to be sure where you lost the missing item so we are not able to blame anyone for a steal. Since you informed us about this fact we have made some actions in order to be sure that we are not responsible about this lost (like we contacted our linen-cleaning partners and ask them to look at the sheets we sent them to clean, just to be sure we did not take it away with your sheets etc.). Therefore we really sorry again we were not able to assist you better according this situation and from now on we will keep the balcony doors always closed in order to help our guests feelling safer.

Very well situated, friendly and helpful reception and staff, spotless room. Thank you for a pleasant stay and close to the bus station and historic section of town. Chania is a wonderful town to visit with excellent tavernas and many well-priced to buy.
