An excellent option when in Chania. Location is excellent, literally a few seconds walk to the marina, with a small supermarket even closer. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, very nice rooms, superb service from all staff and a wonderful rooftop area with fantastic views! Breakfast is really good, too, although, my only feedback about this is the coffee. It really needs upgrading. Very highly recommended!

Excellent location, the personnel were very kind and the decoration of both the reception and the rooms was just amazing. The whole interior design of the building and the yard reminds you of Greece from the beginning of 20th century. The view from some rooms and the terrace , to the old Venetian port was breathtaking. Breakfast on terrace was nice because of the view and of good quality, but not with a lot av variety.

Assez déçue des prestations,petits déjeuners très moyens avec peu de choix ,chambre bruyante à côté de la réception et musique jusqu’à 2.30 du matin c’était pénible ! pas de tv,ce qui ne me dérange pas mais pour le prix je trouve ça moyen… Heureusement que la terrasse était belle et que la vue du côté droit était jolie…. Cela ne vaut pas du tout le prix !

Pandora Suites is a lovely boutique hotel right in the center of Chania's Old Town with an unbeatable view of the harbor and the lighthouse. Lovingly restored and maintained, with lots of character and charm. The rooms overlooking the harbor might get noisy, particularly on weekends, but the view more than compensates for it. Breakfast is included and served on a rooftop terrace with 360° views (also of the White Mountains). Greek hospitality at its finest 👌. One drawback is the lack of parking close by so leave your rental at one of the parking spots recommended by the owner.

Stayed for 3 nights in early July, had mezzanine room opening onto front courtyard , very quaint, small kitchenette for making beverages and courtyard was a pleasant escape from the busy streets. The staff could not do enough to help, the whole place is very clean, the view from the breakfast terrace overlooking the harbour is out of this world, breakfast choice a little limited. Its location beside the harbour and shopping streets is spot on for wandering around the city.

What a great welcome from all staff (reception, housekeeping, breakfast staff) - nothing was too much effort. We had the suite with the large terrace which was without doubt a great attraction for relaxing watching the sun go down. The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed - tastefully decorated - reception staff were always on hand to make recommendations for places to visit, places to eat etc. The location is just by the harbour in the old town - an idyllic spot

We spent a week at the end of May at Pandora Suites. We stayed in 2 rooms, one with a balcony and view across the harbour and one with a door opening on to the shady garden terrace. Both were beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing information on what to do and see. We had a varied and plentiful breakfast on the roof terrace looking out to sea. It was an amazing holiday and we would return to Chania and the Pandora Suite in a heartbeat. To top it all , I lost an earring which was found after our departure and they took the time to send it to me. What a service. Excellent!!

Hotel très bien situé, juste derrière le port vénitien et accessible en voiture. Petit déjeuner très moyen mais avec terrasse roof-top & vue panoramique sur le port vénitien. Suite 2 chambres, plutôt appartement famille, car 1 salle de douche avec WC intérieur trop petit et peu commode pour 4 personnes.

Absolutely stunning !!! From entering the courtyard you are met by beautiful trees plants and a sculpted pebble floor. The reception area is beautifully designed with vivid colours and tasteful seating finished off with an ornate wooden ceiling. We were lucky enough to have a room with a huge terrace which looked directly onto the harbour. The room itself was lovely complete with an antique phone. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace giving panoramic views of the harbour( which is only a minutes walk away. The rooms were cleaned daily without the need to ask. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Stunning, magical and lovely staff we will definitely be returning.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel du coeur de ville de Canée pour 4 nuits. Nous avons passe 4 nuits a être réveillé toutes les heures par les discothèques situé au pied de l'hôtel de 2 h a 4 h du matin. Et a partir de 5 h c'est le ramassage des ordures de verre qui vous réveil. Néanmoins le personnel est très agréable et le petit déjeuner Copieux. Nous étions côté mer avec une belle vue. Il semblerait qu'il y aurait moins de bruit côté jardin.

We stayed for 7 nights in early May in room llois it has a lovely view over the port thru 2 huge opening ( double glazed) windows, the room has very high ceilings and is well equipped with kitchenette safe a/c fridge. Breakfast is served by a lovely lady on the roof terrace with great views& the terrace is in the sun all day. The hotel is in a great position 10 minutes walk to bus station & 15 from sandy beaches

It’s a good breakfast but not a lot of choice The owner holds parking spots for guests in front of the hotel We stayed in the Aphroditi room. It offers a balcony overlooking the harbour My only caution is the nightclub area is below the hotel and can be loud until late into the early hours of the morning

A lovely hotel in a beautifully restored historical building by the harbour in central Chania. The decor and general ambience were in character with the style of building. A real bonus was car parking on the street right outside the hotel. A lovely breakfast was served on the roof top terrace and guests were free to use the terrace at all times of the day and evening. The staff were very very helpful and made many suggestions about places to visit. The Pandora Suites are in a perfect location and a wonderful base for exploring the delights of Crete.
