幹尼亞Saint Rafail Church附近酒店

We arrived here for 3 nights and booked a deluxe room with four poster bed and jacuzzi. First impressions are not good - you arrive at a hotel with no reception so have to head up to a different one to get the key. Grubby mat as we opened the door and filthy floors as we walked up to room. Dirty bathroom floor, only one chair on the balcony and we were told that as a welcome gesture we had 2 coffee pods ( if you want more you have to pay for more ). Comfortable bed, clean linen, nice towels. Hanging rail too high for me to use in wardrobe and fridge could not be opened as it hits off the bottom of the wardrobe.. Door to balcony scratches along the floor and the jacuzzi instructions were poor and it drains very slowly.. Overall we were underwhelmed and hope that their other hotels in town would offer a more enjoyable stay.

Ένα ξενοδοχείο που προσφέρει τα πάντα! Άριστη ποιότητα υπηρεσιών, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία , μολις 5 λεπτά από το παλιό λιμάνι της πόλης των Χανίων, ευρύχωρα και ωραία δωμάτια και πάνω από όλα πεντακάθαρα! Το πρωινο ηταν πλούσιο και πολύ νόστιμο με πολλές επιλογές για όλες τις προτιμήσεις! Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησω!

Στο κέντρο της πόλης με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα πιο ενδιαφέροντα σημεία της. Πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο, καθημερινή αλλαγή σε πετσέτες προσώπου και μπάνιου και κάθε δεύτερη μέρα στα σεντόνια. Άριστη σχέση κόστους/ οφέλους καθώς μείναμε σε δίχωρο δωμάτιο. Ευγενέστατο, χαμογελαστό κι εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

My stay at this hotel was characterized by an outstanding location, close to the city center and conveniently surrounded by various food stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, the absence of an elevator posed a challenge, especially when handling luggage, making it less convenient. Nonetheless, the room itself was remarkably comfortable, and the presence of a taxi station right in front of the hotel proved to be a practical perk.

我們第一次來克里特島旅遊時住在這裏,沒有讓人失望!酒店在老城區的中心,離衆多餐館和商店幾英尺!酒店坐落在港口前,那裏的人和活動嗡嗡作響。我們的房間有驚人的海景!我們無法獲得足夠的華麗景色!我們的房間大小適中,很漂亮。酒店工作人員非常細心和包容。包含的早餐很豐盛,包括傳統的克里特島票價,水果,糕點,雞蛋,各種麪包等,Neo Chora海灘距離酒店步行距離。我們在這個安靜的海灘度過了愉快的時光。我會再次入住這裏,衷心推薦這家酒店!

Can only echo all the other reviews. From the moment you enter the clean smart reception there is an air of total relaxation. all of the staff were very attentive without being over the top. Special mentions go to Manager owner Petros whose genuine customer service and caring sets the culture for the entire hotel to restaurant staff Manolo and Anastasia both of whom are great characters and made the stay extremely enjoyable. The food was absolutely AMAZING the milanese risotto with ossobucco takes a lot of beating but this was surpassed by the lobster and scallop soup (see photo). We could not fault the room either. Yes is was one of the top rooms the dome suite 532 and yes the views from both inside and the pool were great. There was the coastal rd but did not interfere with the relaxing vibe. Prices within the hotel were very fair, often cheaper than outside (which is fantastic based on the quality). The Cretan wines recommended by Manolo were some of the best we have experienced. Would certainly book this again, just looking for the excuse now.

完美的住宿在海灘上可愛的小感覺酒店。所有工作人員都非常友好和熱情。特別是山姆和喬治讓我們感覺像貴賓!早餐攤鋪是我住過酒店裏最好的之一,有各種各樣的熟食和歐陸式選擇。一切都一塵不染。餐廳提供各種飲料和午餐(在海灘或草坪上)和晚上的晚餐。如果你喜歡改變風景晚餐,我建議在日落時沿着海灘散步,在衆多優秀的海灘酒吧之一吃到海港。
