POOL HEATING - Please note that pool heating is seasonal ONLY (typically cannot be heated December-February) and any time there are colder temperatures, but is available when temperatures are above 60 degrees. Seasonal pool heating/cooling can be added for $50/day (if you would like to add this on, it will need to be for the entire stay). Please message if interested. PETS - As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. SMOKING - No smoking is allowed on property premise (inside and outside) Violators will be fined for smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property premises at least 10 feet away please. CLEANING - Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional fee.
