查爾斯頓貝內特酒店

Very much a 5-Star Hotel. Every interaction we had with staff was stellar. I didn't get names besides in their Kings Club with Ashley & also with the manager Alana - both couldn't have provided better experiences.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It has become our charleston favorite. Excellent dining options. Love the roof top bar. Views are incredible. King Club was well worth the cost. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Lovely Charleston, SC Trevligt hotell, trevlig personal, mycket centralt. Fräscha rum och badrum. Det enda hotellet - av 4 - på vår resa från Atlanta som inte erbjöd uppgradering av rummet (trots löfte om att återkomma…), därav lägre serviceomdöme. Annorlunda frukostutbud - inte det typiskt amerikanska, men intressant!

Everything about our experience with Hotel Bennett was absolutely first class. A memorable experience.

The spa was warm and welcoming. There was three of us in our group. We are not new to Charleston and we have done that before this is our first experience at the hotel Bennett. Beautiful property welcoming at their valet and luggage were exceptional. We visited the spa and as it was wonderful, it wasn’t exceptional for the price. I have been to the Charleston place and have spoke about it for many many years. Decided to try something new and did not meet my expectations. Not that they did not care, but it was not 100% the quality that I have received at the Charleston place. That being said the hotel is beautiful concierge, the guest services exceptional, it was a spa that I found lacking. For all the experience gets an eight out of 10. The reason I read it this way it’s because at 1:30 in the morning. I imagine it was the wedding party or something along those lines, got sick outside of our room played loud music and was a little boisterous. But all in all we had a very good experience at the hotel Bennett.

The banging noise in the room above us that started at 8 AM this morning was very loud. Woke me and my family up and continued for an hour or so. Called the front desk to complain and said they were sending security. Never heard anything else back from them. When I checked out the person at the front desk didn’t even not know about it and ask how my day was and I said it was great until I was woken up at 8 AM as we were up until 1:30 in the morning last night and could not sleep in because of the loud banging above us.

Everything! Their food was terrific, staff delightful, and spacious and comfortable room.
