Carpet had ripples from bed to bathroom (tripping hazard) toilet tissue holder and bathroom baseboard poorly repaired. Room are not well insulated as we could here upstairs walking around all night and next doors tv blaring at 630am. Breakfast was good, efficient and different day to day. Front desk was very welcoming and all staff we talked to friendly. We still expected more in a quality room from Marriot

Great option for stay with your family, good price, clean, the breakfast include is good, the amenities are nice and the staff are very friendly and servicial

The stay was not good. The hotel needs to make sure the rooms are fresh and clean for guest to check into. Our room was dirty. The kitchen floor was not moped or clean. The stove had leftover particles of food. The carpet was not vacuumed. The first room had a terrible odor in the carpet. The room needed a deep cleaning before being considered clean. The next day we were moved to another room. This room was slightly better. There was no odor. However, the dinette table had scratches on it. The refrigerator was not cleaned out. There was still particles of food left behind. The carpet had a tear in the middle of the floor. Inside bathroom you could see stains of dirt on the door. This was not worth what we paid for stay here! However, the front desk staff member was very nice. They really need to do better!

Staff was super sweet but check in time was at 3 and we had to wait until 4 because the room was not ready. Also when walking to the room we seen a roach on the wall that was 6 inches long.

Room was clean and spacious. Fully stocked. Television worked good, no issues with internet like some places. Staff while respectful and cordial.. no one goes out of their way to say hello or ask if you need anytime. Cleaning staff does not speak at all. While these are not deal breakers, they still are important for feeling welcome. The person doing my check in, barely looked up at me as she asked questions. Again, she was nice but not friendly. Not a complaint just an observation. Loved the breakfast choices, don't get grits much at hotels. But also noted one morning I went in later and some things showed evidence of being tougher under the heart longer, like the potatoes. But still a good breakfast.
