I HAD RESERVATIONS AND WAS INFORMED UPON ARRIVAL THAT THERE WAS NO WATER UNTIL 3:00AM THE NEXT MORNING (NO SHOWERS, TOILETS, ETC). I OBVIOUSLY HAD TO FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL.
WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY STATED I HAD TO GO BACK TO ******* FOR IT. I CONTACTED ******* AND ******* TRIED REACHING MANAGEMENT ON AT LEAST SIX DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TO VERIFY THE ISSUE BUT WAS UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT HILTON GARDEN INN. TO DATE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.
THIS IS TRULY AN UFAIR SITUATION.
