夏洛特南方公園萬麗酒店(Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark Hotel)

Beautiful hotel and extra bonus was having the lantern festival on in the park the day we hit there! Beautiful area close to lots of restaurants etc would definitely stay again

This was the worst experience ive had in a hotel in a long time. Thankfully i was only in town for the night for work. I prepaid for a suite, i was given a regular room. That was fixed. The hotel was dated, the carpet was dingy and the hallway had a odor, like the carpet needed cleaning. Once in my room, there werent any wash clothes. I had to wait 20 minutes for those to be brought upstairs. The refrigerator wasnt cold, the wifi was super slow and there was dust everywhere. Im not a complainer but for $300 a night, i expected better. Definitely wont be staying at this one anymore.

All kinds of problems with reservations. Reservations got lost, confusion about what had been paid in advance and what hadn't. This was a problem throughout the entire stay. The front desk said all of this was *******'s fault. I've never had a problem before with anyone regarding making a reservation through *******. Air conditioning throughout the facility was way to high. Our room was set at 64 degrees. It was like this throughout the facility. Way to cold and a big waste of electricity.

I had an awesome stay staff was very accommodating with our extra guests who was able to get the conjoined room next to us and the sauna the concierge lounge plenty of snacks and yummy breakfast!! Not staying anywhere else the location was near everything even walking distance from southpark mall !!

The only thing that went wrong was I had a do not disturb sign and I ask for no room cleaning and one day I came back and it had been done and all my items were out because I did not want turn down service, and was not expecting anyone in my room. Didn’t like that at all ! But front desk was great and breakfast was great! Loved the location!

Complimentary breakfast should be for everyone. Competition has free breakfast for all guests. If there was free breakfast then no one showed us anywhere except for the club lounge and our key cards couldn’t access it.

The hotel lobby looked amazing. Staff was nice and welcoming. The rooms were outdated with old dressers and the beds were so stiff. We also had to literally pick the bathroom door up in order to open and close it because it was broke.
