房間巨大 乾淨整潔 安靜 ， 離商圈步行即可。

總體不能和國內酒店比較

我們前往夏洛特慶祝我 17 歲的女兒生日。酒店就在 Southgate 購物中心的隔壁。酒店步行範圍內有許多精緻的餐廳，酒店內還有一家不錯的餐廳。房間寬敞乾淨。我們還在游泳池度過了愉快的時光。我肯定會再次預訂。

It was a nice room !

One of the staff members Napoleon who works at the front desk here was horrible. I asked for towels to be sent to my room and it didn’t happen until the next night. We literally had no clean towels to use until the next day. The rooms are decent but the furniture is old and decrepit. For the money there are nicer hotels in the area.

Nothing to complain about apart from a quick interaction I had from a smug individual at the front desk. thankfully everyone and everything else was great. The room was spacious and felt like an apartment ..too bad it was just myself travelling this time and it felt like a lot of wasted space but i certainly appreciated it.

The room was mostly comfortable and the hotel as a whole was clean, but the bathroom smelled like mildew, and the air was broken upon arrival with the tempature close to 80 degrees. It took complaining multiple times to get maintenance to come fix it. Was not a great situation with a toddler needing to go to bed. Nice lounge area by the pool. Bar staff was friendly and quick. Breakfast was pretty decent too. Wait staff was very accommodating.

Other than the gentleman that checked us in the other staff members were rude and not helpful. We only had two towels for four people so I called housekeeping many times but no one would pick up so I called front desk 3 times over the course of the day asking for 2 towels. I finally went down to the front desk to plead for two towels as we had to get ready for a graduation. The two individuals at the front desk could not have cared less. They said call housekeeping. I said I did three times. I said could you just get me two towels so we can get ready. The male staffer said no housekeeping is on a different floor. There was two staffers at front desk and no customers around so I could not understand why they couldn’t help me. They made me stand there for almost 1/2 before someone went to grab me two towels. At that point we were then made late for the graduation.

While the employees were nice & helpful, the property itself was disappointing. I checked in through the app four hours before my arrival and found out the room I was expecting was not ready. I was given another room and couldn't believe how outdated and worn out it was. There were physical signs of significant wear and tear.

Staff was great. Location is great. Only issue was the temp of the building and room. Turned the A/C all the way down and room never got below 74. I also noticed the front desk staff had personal fans blowing on them as well. Nice for the price but they may need to get their A/C checked.

Incredibly noisy toilet when flushing, noisy rooms, moldy carpet next to the balcony door, and the entire hotel smelled like ****.

Convenient location and nice accommodations. There’s a little bit of construction on the property but it did not affect our stay.

Nothing special. They also do not respond to requests to clean up the hallway or the bottles in the bathroom. Not a worth the price.
