Person checking us in was very nice. Room was clean and comfy. Broken glass and trash around an outside door.

Upon arriving the representative appeared cold and unconcerned. The telephone in the room was not functioning with no way to call front desk. There were roughly 15 or more hours without hot water in room. Cost of a small muffin was over $6.00 and a small coffee was over $6.00 as well. Seems hotel is more concerned about making money instead of making residents comfortable. While my stay was only two days, I would not consider staying here again.

Drove 9 hrs there for a football game. Got there at 8:30pm ready to just unpack and relax and they tell me my room is booked. That they had some system error and it happened to many others. Thankfully ********** found me another place to stay at after about an hour of searching. Frustrating especially since they already took my money for the room

everything that they said was offered online was not there. there was no restaurant/bar. we waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle that never came we had to take a taxi. we booked a king room but were told they were doing renovations and the other king was not available. found a personal undergarment in the room and there was only one towel for two people for two nights. also no do not disturb sign

The room I checked into had a mold infestation behind the sofa and I started to get sick after a couple of days. In the same room the guest next to me would blast sports podcasts at 1:00am. The rooms have very bad noise insolation. The hotel staff are friendly and got me a new room. However, in both rooms I had stained towels and they cleaned the bathrooms poorly. (Scum on the showers, stains on counter, hair) in my new room the staff let a group of people throw a party from 1am - 4am playing music and shouting. I contacted the front desk and they said they have no set hours but would ask them to quiet down. (Which didn’t happen) they offered me some points but I don’t care for that, I would rather sleep. If you are traveling on business I’d recommend considering other options.

Staff was pretty rude. Check in quite rushed and on the morning the person at the coffee bar was exceptionally rude. No shampoo in the room - I’m lucky I had brought some. I won’t be staying at courtyard in the future

We have stayed at this hotel before & always have found it to be very clean polite staff comfort beds and spacious room with amenities.

The room was nice but housekeeping was poor. No soap at all. Bathroom definitely could have been better.
