夏洛特市中心萬豪酒店(Charlotte Marriott City Center)

2 dias sem arrumação no quarto e reclamando na recepção. Café da manhã que deveria abrir as 6:30 só abriu as 6:50 fui para o aeroporto sem café. Funcionários da recepção sem paciência. Reservei um quarto de casal com uma cama King queria me dar um quarto com duas camas queen. Muito caro pela qualidade do serviço.

The property was average; however I wold highly recommend training for your front desk staff. Three of us checking in at once waited in line while one staff did nothing and watched. Ask 3 different staff at front desk to help with directions to theatre that was 0.2 miles from the hotel. Two of the 3 used their phones to look it up and still sent us in the wrong direction. We almost missed the event. Very disappointing….will try Grand Bohemian next trip.

Conveniently located with spacious and clean rooms but underwhelming for a hotel of this class/price. As this was our first time in Charlotte, we asked for recommendations for a cocktail bar but were told to "just walk down the street" (no map was offered either). You might also want to carefully check your invoice (especially when booking a package deal) as we were initially charged for the same service twice!

Very friendly staff. Will always greet us as we entered and left the building. Would practically run to open the Uber door whenever we came back to the hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Will definitely be booking with Marriott again.

Front desk when checking out and Monday night was unfriendly, Got charged twice after explaining to a very unfriendly girl at from desk at checkout that I prepaid. Would def be my last pick for next trip. Called front desk to get assistance with no answer and also room pretty outdated and curtains got stuck. Housekeeping knocked on door prior to 9 am as well. Wouldn’t recommend

This place has definitely gone down hill since I was here last. I didn’t mind having to valet the car, but when we had to wait over 30 minutes just to get into the parking lot to drop it off and then another 1.5 HOURS to get our car back, that was another thing. The doors to the room didn’t shut all the way unless slammed, the rooms temperature gauge didn’t work, half of the outlets in the room didn’t work either. The gym was nice, but most of the screens on the machines didn’t work. The food options were good but we ultimately got charged for someone else’s food somehow(we never ate on site). I honestly wouldn’t stay here again. It’s not the Marriot I remember loving.

The only thing I did not like was that there is another Marriott just a few blocks for this one. Their parking is next door to their location, and I was charged $9 for parking next door for 11 minutes, which is how long it took me to find out I was at the wrong Marriott.

The fact that my room was cleaned each day was such a welcomed treat. Clean and comfortable. Great location for my business.
