夏洛特機場希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Airport)

It is located nice location around CLT airport and nicely privides shuttles to the air port. The room is equipped with microwave and coffee machine. 4 coffee capsules and 2 bottle of water are provided. Only thing I wated ti have was slipper. The restaurant on 1st floor was kind and clean.

Have stayed three times. Always reliably good.

The service and communication with staff was excellent!

I checked into this hotel because I had an overnight lay over in Charlotte. I used the airport shuttle to go to the hotel. There was no mention of a schedule for the airport shuttle. When I checked out in the morning I asked the woman at the front desk if I needed to call the airport shuttle of if there was a schedule she first snapped at me saying “what”. When I repeated myself she gave me an attitude saying the shuttle had already left and it leaves promptly at 8am. It was about 8:03am. If she had a better attitude I wouldn’t have been upset, if she had said it’s on a schedule and the next shuttle doesn’t leave until 8:30, I would have understood. I didn’t need the lecture. I ended up taking an Uber instead of waiting.

Os funcionários da recepção e do café da manhã Sa muito mal educados , não trocaram roupa de cama , me colocaram no quarto de acessibilidade com muitas luzes se alerta no quarto que não desligava a noite , o banheiro com barras de emergência e atendente do café manhã não me deixou tomar café disse que era para eu pegar as coisas e tomar no quarto , não entendi isso até hoje e foi super grosseira .

Pleasantly happy with the service and cleanliness of this hotel. The beds were super comfortable and bathrooms super clean. Looking for this hotel for my next trip for sure.

I would have given this facility 5 stars except for 1 major problem. There is a club or something attached to the building and if you are in the lower #’s like 201-206 you may as well b in the club. I could hear not only the beat, but the words to the songs while sitting in our room. I called the front desk to ask when it would close and was told 11 pm. I will say it stopped at 11 as I was told, but I don’t think we should’ve had that amount of noise at any time, much less until 11pm. We were returning after an international trip and when we arrived at 9:30 pm we really just wanted to sleep and the noise made it impossible. For a hotel near the airport I would think they would be more sensitive to travelers. Otherwise, the staff was kind, nice selection of items in the lobby, and facilities were clean. Because of the noise I won’t be back.
