夏洛特上城希爾頓安泊酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown)

The staff was fantastic, but I would not visit this location again. Upon entering the room, we had a tripped outlet (microwave and fridge) and the outlet in the bathroom was melted (yikes!). There was also a dirty tissue under the pull out sofa. There was a loud rattling noise that happened, I kid you not, every 10 minutes - lasted a few seconds and went off for the duration of our stay. We were on the second floor and had to walk through a formal events cocktail hour to get to our room (super awkward - it was in an open area in the middle of the hallway). The pools tile was all chipped and absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend and will def never stay at this hotel again.

We didnt have any shampoo, conditioner, body gel, lotion, hand soap until 2nd day of staying. I stay at many embassy suites and have never had that problem. It was extremely loud throughout the stay i think for wedding so we left a day early. We left Sunday instead of today Monday. Staff was nice, it was conveniently located. Bedroom smelled a little like puke too. It was much different than most of my embassy suites stays

The car drop off did get pretty backed up around check in, but otherwise everything was great! Shelly was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and modern. The free evening reception as well as the breakfast were both great.

Everything was great, only thing I would suggest or the showers or very slippery when you walk in it. Kind of scary at 55 years old lol but honestly everything was awesome

This has been the most modern embassy I’ve ever been at and I love it!!!! It was such a breath of fresh air and chic and classy very safe as well you have to use ur key card to access the elevator and doors!

Staff was delightful with the exception of the wait staff in the restaurant on the evening. The were understaffed and frustrated. The bathroom was not clean. I took pictures of the findings and shared with the manager.

when we first arrived the power was just being restored staff was very apologetic and worked diligently to get everyone checked in. the weather was bad so we decided to head to the pool the water was very cold a maintenance man came and stayed he turned the water up and it should raise about 15 degrees. we decided to leave and come back once water warmed up. the next day we went to pool water was even colder than the day before. another maintenance man came and said that he warmed it up and it will be a while. we decided to head to the bar for happy hour one bartender was very rude and repeatedly stated she was not making anymore drinks if nobody don’t put no money in the jar” ordered food and was told they weren’t offering room delivery because they needed to make sure order was put in. just a very chaotic stay.

I reserved 2-Queen beds (well in advance through *******) and when I arrived with my 16 year old daughter and my boyfrined, I was given a King size bed. My daughter had to sleep on the couch with was unacceptable since she was there for a competition and needed a good nights rest. I was told by the manager that Embassy will take rooms from ******* if others reserve through Hilton. The hotel and surrounding hotels were booked so we had no other options since we were from out of town. Also, we found a used, open, condom wrapper on the side of the bed near the wall. Kinda (really) gross!
